It's been a couple of years of experimenting for me - some of which worked, but a lot of which didn't, unfortunately! Anyway - I'm really interested to read more about any methods people use that work longer-term. Who wrote the "Fast Diet". Is it intermittent fasting? The 5:2 thing?
