Thought I'd give it a go!

I love it! It's soooo addictive! Day 12 tomorrow already! I've already decided I'm going to do the challenge twice consecutively! Lol! How you feeling now? Xxx
 
Well done!! I only managed one :( appetite back to normal now. Fasting twice keeps my eating under control for the other 5 days. Deffo 2 next week. Would love to do 3 but can't do weekends and think back to back would kill me! Ha
 
Lost half a pound this week. My food has been all over the place but I did manage to workout three times and I still haven't had any alcohol or crisps this year :)

i am so sorry about your woofer, we lost one of ours in September and it broke our heart as we only had him for 18 months (he was a dogs trust dog) :bighug:

I lose weight when I do 2 fasts so don't want to have to do a Friday unless I really had to so will stick to 2 until I stop losing. It's just because I caved in on thu I only did one and it's been downhill from there! Desperately need to get back into exercising though my dress just about fastened but my back was all flabby and I wouldn't have been able to breathe. I'm just working such long hours with this job and I'm constantly drained but it's not an excuse I just somehow need to work round it. Woke up at 11.30 this morning couldn't believe that I've never done that!! Hopefully I'm recharged now and can get cracking this week!! X

Aaaaawe thanks Pixie, that's really sweet. I think the vet's already worried about me. They've offered bereavement counselling and she's still with us! Probably because I've been tearful with them a couple times recently.
 
We've created a home gym in the garage! No excuses!!

Gonna see if my hubby can set me a tv/DVD player then I can do my exercise DVDs! Fast 1 of the week and its going wel. No way I'm going off track again after next week!
 
I've been a Cookie Monster recently.... More hungry on non fast days than ever before... Starting next week I'm starting to limit myself to 1600 kcal's on non fast. It's slowly getting higher and higher... Eeeek! Xxx
