Double check because I think that the 2/3 free is mostly superfree foods not foods that are free on both days
Super free is very low fat dairy products, quorn tofu tvp, eggs, nearly all fruit and veg excluding (excluding potatoes, parsnips, sweetcorn, peas (apart from sugar snap and mange tout) and beans (apart from green varieties) )
So your j pot and tuna would be 1/3 of the plate
 
oh I see what you mean oh dear well would I be better having a extra easy day :sigh:
 
:sigh:dont know whats wrong withme went to soft play everyone was having chips so I had cheesy chips dont know whats matter with me this week cant do it :break_diet:
 
Never mind Hun....forget it..its one plate, dont blow the rest of the week and you should get away with it!

this is my menu for today

bacon beans and mashed potato 1 syn for asda minute mash 1hxb for bacon cheese 1hxa

lunch lamb 1 potato skin on 1hxb roasted in fry light with rosemary free veg gravy 2 half syns

evening batchelors pasa and sauce
could this be extra easy menu without using hxa
 
think ill stick with mix2match for a while as I cant fill an online food driay for extra easy and may do it wrong so until I start loosing may as well stick with that
 
Hi your menu can be extra easy. What I do online is I fill in the mix2max part of the diary. You can leave notes on there as well to say its an ee day

I know its so annoying woner when they will .I have re adjusted my diary for today as I wanted peas with my lamb lolis this ok
