Back again!

Can you hear that? It's the sound of silence as DH is back in work & DD back in school, ahh got the house to myself again, apart from lil doggie of course. So it's back to work for me, and here I am at the computer ready for some. I've only got one client at the moment, so not exactly rushed off my feet LOL, but the plan this week is to go out there & get some more (fingers crossed).
Well like so many other Miniminers I'm back to CD today, I've put 4lbs on over Christmas, which isn't too bad (certainly compared to Christmases past) but I'd also put some on in September when I was off work poorly for a couple of months, so in total I'm now almost a stone over my original target weight. So it's now time to reign that back in before it creeps up any further and I run out of clothes to wear - I threw out ALL my big clothes. I can't go back on SS as I'm not a stone over BMI 25, so I've gone onto 1000 cals & just tucking into a cappucino shake with added coffee - yummy.

Karion - I don't think I shall ever watch the video. It's enough to know the deed has been done.. not going to comment further than that..
Year of the Slinky eh DQ? I long to wear a little black dress.. so that will be one of my "slinky" goals for the year!

I bought my MIL's pressie yesterday..... Saves me a year of trying to find the tackiest one I can throughout the year..... well - she tries so hard for me, I thought it was about time I repaid the compliment .... and I really need to come here more often... another 3 pages to catch up on.... I was sidetracked by the Lakeland shop today....
