Red day today. Was having too many green days. Next week I will alternate green/red to see how that works. WI tonight! 
So fingers crossed, this is my first WI and have had a bit of trouble getting my head around SW but think I am heading in the right direction!
B: mullerlight
MM: bacon sarnie with ww bread HE B, and brown sauce 1 syn
L: Grilled chicken breast, steamed veggies, mullerlight, fruit
D: Egg & chips (HE B), salad
S: fruit
E: none today
W: 2 litres
