i explained about the group of topless legless ladies and he said he didn't want to hear anymore

he did ask

we we were going to play conference bingo easily adapted to boring courses and meetings

list jargon that you just know is going to be said, you listen for them and the first person to get all there words wins

We play that. We also give people a ridiculous word that they have to say during meetings. Yesterday it was how many times will the manager say err. Ours is off and the one that's standing in is really miserable and useless. I've never heard her say more than two words without saying err. In yesterdays 3 minute meeting she said it 47 times :8855:

I am convinced that Mr Grumpy is on drugs. His mood swings are massive and it's the only explanation I can think of. Today he hasn't stopped talking and cracking jokes . He even called me back when I was leaving to tell me to have a nice weekend

After work I met my beautiful daughter and we went to Pizza Hut. No I wasn't good. Then we went to see War Horse and we both really enjoyed it. It's the first film I've seen in ages that has a proper story rather than being about the 3D stuff.

I just want to thank you all for being so much fun this week and helping me to feel like me again. I'm back to being a good girl foodwise from tomorrow so a lot more help will be needed please

It frightens me everytime I see it


I've come for a quick catch up before I go to Tescos. I'll be glad when I've got some nice fresh stuff in cos I've no fruit or salad stuff and I really miss it when I haven't got it. Funny that cos when I've got loads in I only want chocolate

It was nearly dinner time when I got up today. That's really unusual for me but I must have needed it.

I feel ready to tackle this gigantic weight loss and I'm determined to succeed this year
