Hiya Tilly - hope you're feeling better today.

Just thought I'd share a cheesecake find - I've bought a pack of mini Gu ones, mango and passion fruit (they had a summer berries one as well). They're quite small but only 8 syns each and have a proper biscuit base. I've had them before and they were lovely :)

Online but my memberships just run out so I'm trying it alone for a while. If I find I'm struggling I might do online again :)

I feel better than I did. Yesterday I felt sick all the time and today it's just every so often. I think the only cure though is to give up work and become a lady of leisure. Just told hubbie and he's not impressed :8855:
 
Better than I was but still a bit iffy.

I've made a decision to do EE for a while. It will be easier whilst I'm at work. I need something that will fill me up from 5.30 til dinnertime. On weekends and holidays I'll do red and green. So all you EE experts can tell me what you think of tomorrows plan

Br bacon buttie (B) with mushrooms or tomatoes
Din lentil soup
Tea cajun chicken burgers with spicy wedges and salad
snacks at work will be fruit and if I get desperate a packet of velvet crunch.

I think I've got a third superfree at each meal but let me know if not.

I was thinking of doing an EE challenge week next week (since I'm doing the green one this'n) - give me an idea of if I do EE correctly and can compare it to how I do on all green/all red (will do the red week the week after EE).

Worth a go reckon :) Think I might miss the 2 As and Bs everyday though lol

You could do some picture taking of your meals - don't have to post them all on here but it might help you look at it later on and think did you have that 1/3 superfree or not?
 
You're menu for tomorrow looks good hun, I do EE most of the time ...but funnily enough have decided to try a few more days of Red or Green to jiggle up my metabolism ...see what happens...glad you feel a little better today xx

I think that's what I like about SW. When I get bored I can change the plan I'm on and it feels like a different diet.
 
That's a good idea about taking pics so I can see how much superfree I'm having.

If you do it next week I might be pinching ideas off you :D

By the time I cook food for everyone, the last thing I would think of is taking a picture of it, I just want to eat!;)
 
And vice-versa lol Though I think Lily is the one to pinch ideas from, she's the EE queen :D
