Sarah - I love grapes and stupid Tesco were selling them at full price yesterday. They've been 2 for £3 for ages and ages - can't remember the last time I paid full price. Are they superfree. I thought they were just free

Got to go but I will be back to play silly beggars soon. Emma wants me to watch Vampire Diaries with her - oh the joys of having a teenage girl

how mean of Tesco's to take them off the offer just when you need them! :8855: They're on offer in Sainsbury's too now. Yes, they're superfree! :happy036:

I am sure it was 2 or 3 times, ie 100% day then nibbling on biscuits when Gary went to the hospital in the evenings. So I will be very lucky to STS but think more likely to put on ... oh well, i said I was in it for the long term didn't i

Anyway by Monday you'll have gone 2 days without choccie so that will mean you'll lose loads. Do you think it will make us lose more weight?

We're both in it for the long term but our long term is turning into forever :8855:

they say the tortoise wins in the end don't they? thing is at this rate i'll be 90 by the time I reach target and will be taking my teeth out each day to weigh myself :8855: ie they might weigh a few ounces :8855:

when i got on the scales this morning it showed a 2.5lb gain

I am eating grapes. They are actually pretty urgh.. not the nicest ones yuck

We're on to day 2 of no chocolate and so far it's going well

I need to make some soups today otherwise I won't have any for my dinner at work. A few of them at work have asked for the recipes and they keep having them too. I've always been a trend setter :8855:

I'm gonna have a catch up and then I'd better start peeling veggies.

I'll have to try some new ones. Might have a look through the recipes section to see what I like the sound off.

I've been busy busy busy. Soups made, ironing done, chicken in oven cooking for tea and all veggies prepared.

I seem to have had loads of time to do everything this weekend which makes a nice change.
