Hi there, thought it was about time I give this diet thing a proper go with a bit of commitment seeing as I am now starting my new teaching job/training (GTP) in September. I piled on the pounds at uni and then got cosy with my beautiful boyfriend (who loves Chinese food!). So doing Slimming World at home any hints or tips would be great especially as I just found out and trying to get my head around not eating normal cheese! I'm lactose intolerant which makes it seem a lot harder to me to drop the pounds especially without Muller light yogurts!
