Hello, thought I'd check-in! Day 26, how on earth will I keep track of the days after Jan is over - I'll have to start doing maths!
Today I tried heating a cappuccino shake up - YUK! so i added in some instant coffeee - even more yuk! so that went down the sink and I gave chicken and mushroom soup a second chance - It used to repulse me but I now I actually enjoyed it!
Choc bar for breakkie (really couldn't be bothered to make any other sort of effort!) and mousse again for dinner (its addictive!) choc-mint this time, but I'd still say you can't beat chocolate! tried it with 200ml of water tonight - thought is would make it lighter but it was just more blancmange-y - think I prefer it firmer so will use less next time!
Been ebaying again, free listing this weekend, working on my holiday clothes fund, that's 3 weekends I have spent tethered to my netbook and camera - it'll be worth it though!
wandered around some clothes shops yesterday, but have promised myself I cannot have anything new until the weekend before my holiday - giving myself maximum weight loss potential. tried on a beautiful kelly brook bikini - top looked fab but the tummy still isn't up to much - it'll be an all-in-one this time I think, funny considering my last 2 hols (16st and 14st) ive worn bikinis - guess I don't wanna show anything now until it's perfection
aww but it was soooo nice! I would buy one to slim into but who knows what size my boobs will be - I am already buying a cup size smaller, though I am just telling myself she was optimistic in her measuring last year, they haven't shrunk (ok maybe i am in denial).
SO, 4 weeks to go - I can shift another stone by then - ohhhhh maybe I could dip my toes into the 11s?! might just be doable by a squeeze! would REALLY like to buy some size 14 holiday clothes as well - maybe that is wishful thinking! The best (and only) thing i can really do more than i am now to achieve that is get back on the water - long gone are my 4l a day - i think I'm just pushing 3 and thats baaaad on those days where i am having a tetra or a bar as a meal - most days now! Gonna buy myself a new bottle for my water - the one i have is fine but I have been shifting it around for almost 4 weeks now, so that tomorrow will be the highlight of my day -going to waitrose to buy a new bottle of water and the daily mail to get the free Darcy Bussle Pilates DVD because I am LOVING pilates at the moment!
anyway, i've gone on enough now, and my face mask is flaking onto my keyboard, off for a shower, have a nice weekend all!
