Time to get serious!

Ugh, think I'm going down with something (most of my team at work seem to be too) have felt so weak all day and constantly thirsty. Pilates almost killed me off! Came straight home to bed and forced a bar down - didn't want that either.

So so tired!! Need sleep. Need a holiday.
 
Just eating dinner ...fruits of the forest mousse, again I am struggling to finish it! Feeling less stressed now but still not hungry!!

Got my holiday booking confirmed today, just need to get a flight sorted then I'm on for 2 weeks cruising the Caribbean! Don't technically have a cabin to stay in but that's just a minor detail right now lol.

So back to proper food for two weeks at the end of feb, I'm as worried about it as I am excited... Those of you who took a break for Christmas- did you come straight off or did you ease up the steps for a few days? And it cause any tummy issues going straight back to food? I will be having a birthday meal with my parents when I get back (ill be away for my birthday) then straight back on it the next day. Scary! Haven't had anything but cambridge products the whole of 2013!
 
Hello, thought I'd check-in! Day 26, how on earth will I keep track of the days after Jan is over - I'll have to start doing maths! :p

Today I tried heating a cappuccino shake up - YUK! so i added in some instant coffeee - even more yuk! so that went down the sink and I gave chicken and mushroom soup a second chance - It used to repulse me but I now I actually enjoyed it!

Choc bar for breakkie (really couldn't be bothered to make any other sort of effort!) and mousse again for dinner (its addictive!) choc-mint this time, but I'd still say you can't beat chocolate! tried it with 200ml of water tonight - thought is would make it lighter but it was just more blancmange-y - think I prefer it firmer so will use less next time!

Been ebaying again, free listing this weekend, working on my holiday clothes fund, that's 3 weekends I have spent tethered to my netbook and camera - it'll be worth it though!

wandered around some clothes shops yesterday, but have promised myself I cannot have anything new until the weekend before my holiday - giving myself maximum weight loss potential. tried on a beautiful kelly brook bikini - top looked fab but the tummy still isn't up to much - it'll be an all-in-one this time I think, funny considering my last 2 hols (16st and 14st) ive worn bikinis - guess I don't wanna show anything now until it's perfection :p aww but it was soooo nice! I would buy one to slim into but who knows what size my boobs will be - I am already buying a cup size smaller, though I am just telling myself she was optimistic in her measuring last year, they haven't shrunk (ok maybe i am in denial).

SO, 4 weeks to go - I can shift another stone by then - ohhhhh maybe I could dip my toes into the 11s?! might just be doable by a squeeze! would REALLY like to buy some size 14 holiday clothes as well - maybe that is wishful thinking! The best (and only) thing i can really do more than i am now to achieve that is get back on the water - long gone are my 4l a day - i think I'm just pushing 3 and thats baaaad on those days where i am having a tetra or a bar as a meal - most days now! Gonna buy myself a new bottle for my water - the one i have is fine but I have been shifting it around for almost 4 weeks now, so that tomorrow will be the highlight of my day -going to waitrose to buy a new bottle of water and the daily mail to get the free Darcy Bussle Pilates DVD because I am LOVING pilates at the moment!

anyway, i've gone on enough now, and my face mask is flaking onto my keyboard, off for a shower, have a nice weekend all!

Hi hun, I am also on day 26 today and losing track of which day I am on! I have not tried any of the shakes hot yet! I tend to stick to hot water with the water flavourings!

I love the mousses and have one a day I really think they are filling my fav is chocolate but I also love the vanilla!

I like you have just over a stone to go 14.5 pounds and counting! I am hoping to get into the 11's this we'd when I weigh in! I wore a pair of my 12 jeans yesterday the fitted but are super skinny and would like them to be a little loser! I also have some 14 clothes which are still too small! The sizes make you laugh I would say I am 12/14 at the moment but want to be able to go into any shop and buy a 12!

I think I am becoming addicted to choc shake, or choc shake mousse, or iced choc shake frappocino - I'm ordering more and more of that sachet every week!

Also finding I'm getting a bit lazy, so just having a bar instead sometimes, gonna order up on those next week too! Just hope all the extra solids I've been having this week don't have any bad effects on weigh in!

ria, I am sure as you say in 26 days you will be so much smaller in time for your hols!

I love the chocolate shake vanilla shake and the mousses!

Last time in the end I was only ordering chocolate shakes and bars and it did not seem to effect my losses x
 
Another 4lbs off this week! I am so lucky that my losses haven't dipped yet - it was however touch and go as to whether I would make it into the 12s today - I did it, just by a few ozs!

Very happy.

Next stop...the 11s :) :)

Yes, I have lost the plot!

So, booked a flight this morning, now just need a bed to stay in! 23 days to go! My cwpc thought I was being over enthusiastic aiming for the 11s before I go, but seemed a little less cautious when he weighed and measured me! I am determined...if it doesn't ...c'est la vie, I'm doing all I can do, just gotta make sure I drink enough water!!!

Cwpc also told me he's on holiday 2 days before I get back, so gonna be about 4 weeks I don't see him, with my ever changing taste I need to be careful how and what I stock up with to make sure I'm covered!!
 
Trying on my wardrobe for Holiday.... Never thought I'd be getting angry because some dresses are too big!

Thought I'd get a second wear out of my Christmas frock though- my boobs aren't big enough to hold it up anymore - need to find a super padded bra quick smart!!! I love that dress!!
 
That's the only downside to the diet...clothes fit then don't so quickly. Great news on the weight loss front but gutting when your favourite dress can't be worn anymore lol

I wouldn't mind but I've only worn it once, and for so many compliments that time! I can't believe how much my boobs have shrunk, it used to be tight on top now it's really gaping!!

On the up side a nice warehouse dress now fits, it's quite heavy though so not great for the luggage allowance!!

And went to nandos today as a colleague is moving teams, ate my choc bar- think it's the first time they've realised how serious I actually am! Of course I bought some fizzy water so I was a paying customer!

Thinking about a little shopping trip today, a bit early for my holiday since I wanna give myself the best opportunity to get into a smaller size to go, but it's close enough that If I see anything I am buy it and take it back in a couple of weeks if its too big or whatever. I need a new handbag- might buy that since I know that will be ok in a few weeks!

Don't think I mentioned before, my cwpc said that next week I might be overweight!!!! So excited about no longer being obese!! Woop!

Like you I cannot wait to be in the overweight category rather than the obese one I'm only 5ft 2ins though so seems like it's taking forever to get there but 3.5lbs to go and I'll be overweight haha...what a funny thing to be excited about. Only us on CD get it lol.
