Mine and the kids evening meals planned for the week, every Sunday I ask them to choose 5 meals and I make them but healthy versions
MONDAY= Gammon roast
TUESDAY= Curry/paella for me
WEDNESDAY= Pork casserole
THURSDAY= Steak , squash chips and veg
FRIDAY= Waffles, eggs and beans

Hi!! Glad you had a great weekend! You sound so motivated for the week ahead. Love the food plans. Definately makes it easier when you know what you'll be cooking. Takes some of the obsession of thinking about food the whole time away lol.

lunch - tuna sweetcorn mayo wrap 7pp
dinner - breaded chicken salad with wedges 13pp (had to swap mon n thurs planned meals as forgot to get the chicken bacon out to defrost!!)
snacks - apple
