I'm not too sure about Chocolate as it doesn't affect my IBS but everyone is different, mine is affected by Fibre which means I'm stuffed as a Vegetarian who loves Fruit, Veg and all things Wholemeal! In fact I'm well and truly stuffed as I've got a week long blockage at the moment :-( x

I was 0.5lbs away but now I'm nearly 2lbs away!!! My mum said it's probably just water fluctuation but I'm scared now!
And so much for eating less today, I had some chocolate after dinner. Need to be extra good for the rest of the week as on Sunday I'm having breakfast out with my Dad for father's day, then having a meal out in the evening with friends. Has to be the day before weigh day! Typical.
But at least day 4 of the will powerpuff challenge complete for me and done 45 minutes of walking today.

Well that extra weight is not budging. I am so disappointed because it looks like I won't get my silver seven.
Today I have gone to the gym and walked the dog, but this afternoon I kind of grazed on food and now I feel guilty. I shan't eat anything else today, I've had enough of putting food in my mouth! I just want this weight gone. I'm on a bit of a downer. I was supposed to be meeting friends for dinner tomorrow but I've cancelled because I can't bear eating out and gaining weight. I've also got breakfast with my Dad tomorrow in Wetherspoons and I'm going to be the only one eating porridge (7pp) when they have their 28pp breakfasts...
I just feel really low tonight and worrying that I'll never lose this poxy weight. At least I managed not to eat any biscuits.

You have so much faith in me, I really don't think it's going to happen on Monday I'm still 1.5lbs away from the silver seven according to my scales. I don't know why I gained weight, maybe it was the 41pp I had on Monday. I've made sure to do a lot of exercise but I don't think it's helped...
Oh well. Maybe i'll be surprised Monday night.
I did eat 2 mini rolls last night, so that's 6 points.
But I cheekily weighed myself again this morning and I've lost that extra weight! It must have been the gym session and walking I did yesterday.
I'm headed out to Wetherspoon for breakfast with my Dad, and I've decided I've got the points for a sausage bun rather than porridge. It's a bit more exciting
