I wee myself but shez gets the wednesday 1. Shez is the boob starer haha. Wel ud love my bad boys in my new push up bra there amazing.x
 
im not a wednesday weigher this week tho cus doubt im gonna get weighed :(
feel such a let down in every aspect the last week!!!

No... don't feel bad about it.
Go get weighed... it may be a gain, but surely it's better to know how much you've gained so you can see how far you away you are from goal rather than guessing.

And, not saying this is real, just an extreme example, wouldn't it make you feel worse if you go to weigh in next week and weigh more than you did last week, but have already lost.
Like, say you're 12stone last wednesday.
This wednesday you put on 3lbs and weigh 12.3, but don't know that because you didn't go weigh.
Next wednesday you go, you weigh 12.1. That's higher than the last time you weighed, but you've actually lost 2lbs.
Does that make sense...? I'd have to know how much I'd put on.

And it doesn't matter if you've put on.
You were ill, you know where it all went wrong.
It's not like you're going there expecting a loss and come out with a gain and don't know why.

Don't feel crappy.
Go, get weighed, get in the zone and get back on it tomorrow.

i want to hun everything u say is true but dont think im gonna get out at lunch like normal cus of a meetin iv been informed about... if not il go after work but i like to stick to same time

Fair enough if you've got a meeting to go to.
But don't miss out on a weigh in because you feel like you've blown it.
I know what you mean about sticking to the same time - there's a meeting on a thursday night, but I wouldn't want to go to it because my meeting is first thing in the morning - I have a routine before weighing in - weetabix for breakfast then the gym, then weigh in and banana after weighing in. But if I went later, I'd have lunch to contend with as well.
But I hope you make it to a meeting of some sort tomorrow.
We'll be here to help you make it through the week so that you lose any gain you've had.

I ended up having a bad day yesterday food wise despite being so positive in the morning, but I've drawn a line under it. I haven't ruined my week if I stay on the ball from now on.

My legs are aching so much from all the walking I've been doing!

Just got back from sainsburys. Found these mini meringues- they work out as 0pp for 1! So I am going to have one later with some fat free yogurt and some strawberries. Yum.

I've totally screwed up this week again.

I've binged this evening and now I've eaten 56pp today. I had 58 yesterday. Now I have no weeklies and no AP left.

I eat because I'm depressed and once I start I can't stop. It's a really big problem and I'm trying to get help for it but round here you only seem to get help if you are underweight.

I'm just really upset right now and I don't know what to do.

Aww hun i no how u feel. I got post natel depresion after my son in 03 and didnt get diagnosed til i had leah in 10. I Went bonkers and used to c people lafing and jokin and wondered y i couldnt do that. It wasnt about my kids or bonding with them it was my head. It wasnt til i had leah at home on the floor got straite up and went to peg out the washing. I went ocd bout sitin on the sofa all sorts hun. I undastand hun and im here if u need me.x
 
I have some counselling currently, and I am seeing if I can speak to someone about my need to binge.

It's not nice feeling depressed.

I had a rough year last year.
Everything got on top of me, I lost 2 jobs because I just wasn't right in the head.
I'd take things too personally and end up snapping at people.

I'd been to the doctors once before trying to get some sort of medication, but nothing happened (saw the same douche bag that didn't believe me about my bad circulation)
Then I got referred to a young people's counsellor, who referred me back to the doctors to tell them that she recommends I get put on medication.

I started taking that in November time and started to feel much better. I tried weaning myself off, but I wasn't quite ready as after a few days, I'd have a real downer.

I haven't taken them in about a month now, and I'm doing much better than I was a year ago.
Everything is brilliant - I've got a job, a boyfriend I really enjoy being with and I've lost my weight, so close to goal.

I just hope you can get the help that you need to be able to get to your happy place.
