Today has been great food wise. I couldn't eat breakfast because my tummy hurt too much, but I've had lunch, dinner and a snack after Zumba.
I got my tattoo
I should mention that I have scars on my arms from a time in my life where I was really depressed and used to self harm. So the tattoo covers some of those scars, and some look quite raised but they will flatten down as the tattoo heals.

Zumba was good today, but I was at the back and found it hard to see what the instructor was doing. Everywhere I stood someone was in the way
so I will try and be brave next time and go near the front.
