HEHE yep one track mind but great exercise!
Well today was suppost to be my weigh in day, but got on the scales this morning and t showed a 12pound loss and i was like wow thats really good and bein these are Weight Watch scales i thought i'd double check to make sure they're actually right so pinged them on again got on and now they aint working!! What a way to put a downer on a Monday Morning!! So now i'm thinking of buying some new ones altho they're only like 7 months old!! Shocking if you ask me!
I was really looking forward to weigh in aswell! If anything i'd put it as a STS for this week as i don't want to just guess a weight loss.
Food for today
Breakfast
2 x Weetabix and milk 5points?
Snack
Forest Fruit i'm bumping these up as its Morrisons own make and its coming out at 2 points per slice and theres 3 so i would have to guess at what 5pp? maybe 6pp
Dinner is
Bread warburtons white as there was no whole meal its 2pp per slice i have 2 so im gonna guess 4points.
2 x ham so thats 3points
