I've had a warbutons thin, new potatoes AND wholewheat pasta today.....and yet I STILL have 43g of carbs left on my goal for MFP surely that's a rather generous carb allowance?

Oh an I discovered a 50 cal hash brown :) oh yes I did!!! Obviously it's a smaaaaall hash brown lol.

Mcains potato fingers. Got em for the kids ;) weighed em an at 155 cals for 75g they work out about 50 cals a go. I am so gonna be having turkey rashers hash brown scrambly eggs an beans some time very soon!!!

I've just said exactly that on lindseys diary haha!! We are so not learning our lessons today lol came in under 250 so you could have cheese an ONE garlic bread if your having a higher cal tea? What's garlic bread? 150 a slice maybe? then 100 cal of cheese? That's actually the same as the pasta on extras tho!!!

I've just said exactly that on lindseys diary haha!! We are so not learning our lessons today lol came in under 250 so you could have cheese an ONE garlic bread if your having a higher cal tea? The hash brown thingys sound fab. I am deffo getting some. Your breakfast idea has really got my tummy rumbling. Sunday me thinks!!! :D
 
Get in!! Garlic slices from tesco light choices ..... 90 cals :) have two an a bit less cheese!!! OMG I've fridged some pasta for tomoz.......if I have my 350 hash brown breakfast an my 500 garlic bread cheesefest for lunch I'll have 350 for dinner!!! Well 300 coz I'll be needing coffee. I'll have steamed salmon with garlic herb butter an salad. That's about 300 ;) my ultimate food day and UNDER BLOOMING CALS TOO!!!! and I reckon that chopped toms, beans, peas, sweetcorn, and a hearty salad will be my 5 a day too :)

How come your experiments come out ok, but when I decide to experiment it comes out like something even a scabby dog would turn its nose up at!? Pasta bake looked good - agree it needed cheese though!:D

Those hash brown thingummys sound good - another thing to add to my list for tomorrow!:)

I think maybe coz pasta bake with chicken an sweetcorn isn't that experimental!! I did eye up half a tin of beans from the fridge and a tin of dressed crab but decided against it!!
I've never eaten crab as my bro was allergic to shellfish when we were kids so today I bought a tin to try :) if it's nice I'll be brave an buy a whole one in it's shell !!! Looks like fun!!! I like fish prawns lobster mussels cockles and scallops so crab should be fine!!!

Bloody hell Tina!! Now I want crab! Crab cakes or crab mayonaise.
Ok, Crab mayonaise with hash browns and cheesy garlic bread!!! That will probably be 9000 cals :(
 
My guesstimated hash brown brekkie......

2 hash brown fingers 100
2 turkey rashers 50
2 eggs scrambled with tiny splash semi skim 150
1/4 of a tin of spaghetti hoops 55
OR chopped tomatos which are like 50 cals for a whole tin!!!

Don't really like beans an hoops are lower anyway!! :)

They are near the normal bacon in Tesco, haven't looked at any other shop. Mattersons make them. You can get smoked or unsmoked. Quite pricey, but no more than a packet of decent bacon. :)
 
If ya can't find the hash browns try a potato waffle :) roundabout the same cals I think!!!
