Ooh they look yummy, I tend to stick to alpen lights but they look really chocolatey.

It's Friday so happy, I have a nice early finish today as well. Well early compared to the rest of the week. Roll on 4pm.

Had a really good food week this week, apart from the treat on Saturday, which in l fairness wasn't too bad. So I'm hopping for a nice loss tomorrow. I'm a really slow loser, last week was a one off I think, I haven't loss that much since my 1st week.

Forgot my lunch today, so went to the work canteen, they had freshly battered sausages, I resisted.

Today's food.

Day: EE

HEXB: WM Bread
HEXA: Cheese

Breakfast: WM toast, 2 WW sausages (1 syn), clover light (1 syn) tom sauce (0.5 Syn)

Lunch: Ham and cheese ommelte, salad.

Dinner: Chicken fajita mix (0.5) mexican rice, salad and wedges x

And well done for resisting the naughties in the canteen. I'm lucky we don't have a canteen otherwise I know I'd be tempted all the time, and send up spending a fortune!x

I use to be the same, so. Now I have my little cool bag full of snacks and lunch. Plus milk for teas, so I don't spend any money now. Unless I forget something. So I'm starting to save what I would normally spend on cups of tea and putting that in a jar.

Right I need to get my ass in gear and get in the routine if writing this.

1lb on this week, I felt really bloted this week, so I'm trying to up my water in take.

I've decided to take pictures of what I'm eating and upload to here and IG, plus write down more if what I'm eating.
It's not belong with not feeling great, then u don't get much time as soon as I come home, I sort Lilly out and cook dinner or get everything ready for Tomo.

Just had the biggest food shop delivered so I'm going to and get loads prepared when I can. Full my lunch bag up with snacks, lacked those last week.

Good luck sounds like you're really determined. Planning is really important and you've got that big food shop so hopefully you won't be short of ideas of things to make.

You'll be fine and that 1lb will come straight back off again, it was probably only because you were bloated xx

Dinner: white fish fillets, SW chips, mushy peas. WM bread, clover light (1 syn) sauce (4 syn)

Syns: 7.5 / 15

Drinks: tea all day
4 waters

Ingot really organised last night I made mini veg quiches and I have buffalo chicken marinating in the fridge to cook for snacks

Food looks lovely - I love having mini quiches as snacks, I'll have to make myself some! I think they work much better than the big SW quiches. I used to like making them using a slice of ham to line the muffin tin then pouring the egg mix on top - yum!
Your buffalo chicken looks really good - great for a snack as chicken drumsticks are so cheap! I just really hate skinning them!

Oo that's a good idea for the ham, I'll have to so that next time. Prefer them warm than cold but are nice.

Yay officially the start if the 3 day weekend. Finished work today at 1pm then went into town for some bits. Went in aldi and got lots of meat for £7! Bargain.

Really want to cook some new dishes this week. So I'm going to plan some meals I want to cook.

I've been really good so far and even after a bad shift at work last night and today I've still stuck within Syns.

Booked my seal my first driving lesson for Sunday, so no drinking Saturday. So excited. Really need so drive so it's easier with dropping the little one off.

1.5lb off. Yay. The class scales weren't working though so he had some some different ones, hopefully they are the sawn as class ones.

Happy with that though, as I was naughty at the weekend.

So far today I've stuck to plan, trying to aim for a good week for another 1.5 loss to get my 1.5 award. In going to do it this week!
