Trying to plan ahead although is a bit difficult for tomorrow!
Saturday 15th – Green Day – going out shopping with mum and sister looking at wedding dress shops and xmas shopping so will prob have lunch out, will try to get something healthy ish and going out to an awards do tonight and it is a buffet so gonna have a mugshot before I go and just have a couple of things there to be polite! Will try to choose wisely! But it is post WI day so won’t worry too much!
B: Baked beans on 2 x ww bread toasted (HEB) with cheese (HEA)
L: Lunch out – salmon (1/2 HEB) fishcake (2 syns for oil/breadcrumbs?), spicy wedges (2 syns for oil?), tomato and basil sauce (2 syns for any added oil?)
Snk/early D: Shortbread snowman (8 syns?)
Buffet dinner out – 1 x white bread roll, tuna (1/2 HEB), egg (1 syn mayo), 2 x small pieces veg quiche (2 syns for pastry bottom?), 4 x malibu and diet coke (10 syns)
Estimated at 27 syns!! Target for today was 25 so not too bad considering I've eaten out all day!
Sunday 16th – Mix to Max – back to 10-15 syns
B: 2 x Bacon, 2 x Sausage, Tom K (1 syn), 1 x frylited egg, 1 x ww bread, Flora x light (1/2 syn)
Snk: Tesco coconut mini choc bar (5 syns?)
L: 28g choc chip weetabix (HEB), Milk (HEA)
D: Chicken (1/2 HEB), Noodles, few proper chips (6 syn), gravy (3 syns), Tomatoey sauce (4 syns)
Syns: 15.5! Oops again! MUST MUST try harder at a weekend!
