Tinyshoes diary - countdown to wedding dress fitting!

Wednesday 1st April - watch out for those practical jokes this morning!! :) I'm soooo tired this week, I don't know if it's with putting the clocks forward or something else but I am so sleepy! :confused:

Breakfast:
Banana 1 with banana custard mullerlight 1.5 and 20g Tesco Value muesli 1

Snack:
Special K rasp & choc bar 1.5


Lunch:
WW tomato soup 1
3 x crustless bread 2
WW fromage frais rasp 1

Snack:
50g grapes 0.5

Dinner:
2 x potato waffles 3 with 1/3 tin baked beans 1.5 and 2 fish fingers 2
Dessert: WW choc eclair 1.5

Snack:
Worcester sauce French Fries 1

Drink:
2 x decaf coffee
1 x normal coffee (needed a caffeine hit!)
3 x NAS squash
1 x Lilt Z

Total points used today: 18.5/19 - REALLY struggled tonight not to eat EVERYTHING in sight! I just kept pulling the waistband on my jeans to remind myself how loose they are now and if I gave in to 'binge snacking' they would become tight again!! Also gonna go to bed early coz I've been so tired since Sunday and it will stop me raiding the cupboards too....so night night everyone!

Thursday 2nd April

2 x crumpets 2 with scraping of Flora light 0.5
WW red berry bar1.5
Thought I'd try having a slightly bigger breakfast, see if it stops me being so hungry later on...it didn't help at all!! Think I'm missing the oats...

Snack:
Sliced apple 0.5

Lunch:
Morrison mini tortilla wrap 1.5
1 slice ham 0.5 and 10g rf cheese 0.5
WW cheese puffs 1
WW toffee apple yoghurt 1 with banana 1

Snack:
WW choc cake bar 1.5
50g grapes 0.5

Dinner:
Quorn cracked black pepper fillet 1.5
Tesco wild rice and veg sachet 2.5
Sliced mushrooms 0 3 tbsp peas 1

Snack:
2 points left for a snack

Drink:
2 x decaf coffee

What I do in the evening to stop me snacking is drink a can of zero fizzy pop through a straw, just by sipping it seems to help me!
I think your right you can feel if you've lost weight, so good luck for tom xx

Friday 3rd April - well I've lost 1 lb this week which I'm a little disappointed with tbh with staying the same last week and I 'feel' like I've lost weight this week, but it's only a lb! I know it's better than nothing but I've got a week off after Easter and the best I can hope for that week is a sts as I won't 100% stick to plan while I'm off work! Was hoping to lose a bit more before then IN CASE i have a small gain! Only 4/5 weeks til my wedding dress fitting now....but I'm going to have a high point day (sort of day off diet) today as I REALLY fancy proper pizza tonight it's my fave food ever and hopefully it will get the 'I want to eat naughty food syndrome' that I've had this week out of my system!! I'll stay in control though and not completely pig out but I won't know my total points used today...back on to it tomorrow!

Breakfast:
Oatsosimple Apple & Blueberry (i've missed them!) 2
100ml ss milk 1
Special K bliss bar 1.5

Snack:
WW choc biscuits 1.5

Lunch:
2 x crustless bread 1.5

3 slices pizza with 1/3 portion spicy french fries No idea on points!

Congratulations on your loss, Do you take your measurements? You may have lost Inches! A lot of people relax on weigh day, me being one of them and as long as your back on it the day after. The siping pop really helps for me so give it a try.

Monday 6th April - Hmm, I'm not going to reflect too much on the weekend but it's probably the worst I've had diet-wise since I started WW! Fri night had planned a pizza and that's what I had, Saturday did well all day had a Chinese but I think I was still within my allowance, then had half a bag of Cadbury mini eggs!! Sunday had a small '99' ice cream then dinner out at MIL's so couldn't really point it then last night gave in to more Cadbury's Mini eggs! So not great but hey hopefully I can limit the damage by sticking to it the rest of the week! It's difficult coz I know I've got next week off work but I don't want to gain 2 weeks running so will aim for a maintain this week. MUST get some exercise in too.

Breakfast:
Oatsosimple Original with water 1.5

Snack:
WW bar 1.5

Lunch:
70g pasta 3.5 with passata, herbs and 15g rf cheese 1
WW strawberry tart yoghurt 1 WW black forest bar 1.5

Dinner (h2b's night to cook):
Chicken 2
WW tikka sauce 2
Rice 3.5
WW naan bread 1.5

Snack (had 0 points left and it all went wrong don't know what's wrong with me right now!):
5 mini cadbury creme eggs 5
WW choc cake bar 1.5
Worcester sauce French Fries 1

Exercise:
Ironing! and 20 mins free step on Wii Fit (1874 steps)

Drink:
3 x decaf coffee
4 x NAS squash
2 x Lilt Z

Total points used today: 26.5/19 :eek::eek::eek::eek: I don't know what's wrong with me just lately I seem to be trying to sabotage my own diet!! Am going to TRY and have a couple of super low point days before Fri's WI just in the hope I can sts! On the positive note I managed to do some exercise so hopefully I can continue with that this week too (not enough to cancel the chocolate out though!) NAUGHTY GIRL!!

Tuesday 7th April - aiming to have a low point day today and get some more exercise in so 16 points max and 20 mins on cross trainer or 30 mins on Wii Fit!! Really disappointed with myself at the moment, have had an awful last few days (diet wise).

Breakfast (ate this a bit later than usual today):
Banana 1 with 20g muesli 1 and WW strawb tart yog 1

No snack this morning due to later breakfast

Lunch:
Wm roll 2 with LC light triangle 0.5
Sour cream and chive Walker's Lites 1.5
WW toffee yog 0.5

Snack:
Snack a jack jumbo choc chip 1

Dinner:
95g salmon fillet 1.5 with rice/veg sachet 2.5 and mushrooms/baby corn cooked in passata with herbs

Snack:
WW peach fromage frais 1
WW rich toffee bar 1.5

Drink:
3 x decaf coffee
4 x NAS squash
1 x Lilt Z
1 x green tea with cranberry

Exercise:
30 mins on Wii Fit - 15 mins balance exercises, 15 mins aerobic exercises

Total points used today: 15/16 managed to stick to low points AND do some exercise, nothing too strenuous but at least it was something!!

Wednesday 8th April - feeling a LITTLE bit more positive today had a really low point day yesterday and actually didn't feel too hungry. Am aiming for my usual 19 points today then another low day tomorrow before WI on Fri! Just hoping for a sts this week :rolleyes:

Breakfast:
2 x crustless bread 1.5 with 1/3 tin baked beans 1.5 and Flora x light 0.5

Snack:
Peanut raisin & choc WW bar 1.5

Lunch:
6 x wm crackerbread 1.5 with 40g wafer thin turkey ham 1 and 30g Phili x light 0.5
Mullerlight choc n orange yoghurt (sooo gorgeous!) 1.5

Pink & white wafer 0.5

Dinner:
WW sweet chilli chicken 4.5 with 15g prawn crackers 1.5

Exercise:
Managed 10 mins of balance exercises on Wii Fit but that really was as much time as I had free last night! Went to see friends and their 8 week old baby he is so cute!! Can't believe how tiny his little finger nails are yet how long his eyelashes are, just perfect! Oops am I sounding broody?!

Total points used today: 19.5/19 ah well half a point over, am having another low point day tomorrow so will make up for it anyway.

Thursday 9th April - last day at work for 10 days!! So ready for time off at the mo need a break from routine! Am worried though it's the first real time I've had off since I started WW plus it's Easter week and I don't want to undo the last couple of months work so although I'm not going to aim for a loss next week I am aiming for a sts. Am going to do the 'maintenance plan' so will be aiming for 25 points a day max which is my normal daily allowance plus 6 points I think that's how the maintenance plan works! Have just got to remember to keep counting and make good choices while I am off work! Anyway back to this week, it's WI tomorrow and am just hoping for a sts this week due to my very bad weekend! Another low point day today so am aiming for just 16 points.

Breakfast:
Oatsosimple Raspberry 2

Snack:
WW peanut bar 1.5

Lunch:
Chicken noodle mugshot 3.5
WW cheese tortillas 1

Snack:
Jumbo choc chip SAJ 1
Pink & white wafer 0.5

Dinner:
WW ocean pie 3.5 with 50g potato 0.5 green beans and broccoli 0
Dessert: WW fromage frais peach 1

Snack:

NONE, lazy night tonight!

I'm allowing myself one medium sized egg over easter, If I eat it in one day so be it, if it lasts over several I'm not going to count point's for it. I'll also be hoping for a sts.

Thanks! I will try not to eat 25 points every day but I thought it might help me stay in control of what I am eating a little bit rather than just stopping counting for a week! Will report on my WI tomorrow sometime when I get chance.

Thanks, yeah I should have more time to do some exercise whilst I'm off work so I will TRY and make myself do some every day, that might help to balance any naughty easter eggs that get the better of me!
 
Friday 10th April - well to my surprise I've actually lost 1.5lbs this week! So alternating my points between low and normal for the last few days has obviously cancelled out my naughty weekend! I've been very lucky! Aiming for a max of 25 points every day this week (normal allowance 19 points) as trying to do the maintenance plan while I am off work in order to make myself keep counting points and not completely go off the rails and not realise how much I'm eating. I might go over this a couple of days or under it even but 25 max is my aim.....

Breakfast:
2 x weetabix with 150ml ss milk 3

Lunch:
70g mackerel 3
2 baby new potatoes 0.5
2 tbsp light coleslaw 1
WW toffee apple yoghurt 1

Snack:
Morrisons custard doughnut 3.5
3 x milk tray chocs 3
Hot cross bun with butter 4.5

Dinner:
1/3 small Morrisons spicy chicken pizza 9?

Total points used today: 28.5 - a little bit over but it's WI day, also the pizza points are estimated so might be more or less....and we did quite a lot of walking around shops....
 
Saturday 11th April - I've got a tough week ahead of me trying not to 'forget' the diet, I could handle a SMALL gain but would be gutted if it was more than 1 or 2lbs so I've got to remember that everytime I look at my Easter Eggs!! Am aiming for a sts...

40g crunchy nut clusters with chocolate curls, and 125ml ss milk 4.5

Lunch:
1 small cheese topped roll 2.5
Slice ham with 1 tsp light coleslaw 1
Walker's lites sour cream and chive 1.5
1/2 mini pork pie 3?

Dinner:
1/2 portion plain chow mein 3
1/3 portion chips 4
1/2 portion bali (tomato/garlic sauce) chicken 3

Drink:
5 NAS squash
2 decaf coffee
1 Lilt Z
1 lg glass Lambrini Light 1

Exercise:
45 mins on Wii Fit - 15 balance and 30 aerobics

Total points used today: 25/25

Happy Easter to you too! Hopefully should be ok, it's just whether I can stick to maintenance points while I'm off work and with so many Easter Eggs......! Have had a good day today though and am slightly under my max points!

Monday 13th April - bit of a mixed up day, we agreed to go out for lunch which then turned into a 4 o' clock meal out so not sure whether to class that as lunch or dinner!!!

Breakfast:
2 x crumpets with x light Flora 1.5

Snack:
WW mini victoria sponge 1.5
WW black forest bar 1.5

Lunch/snack while waiting for lunch!:
Hot cross bun with Flora x light 3

Late lunch/dinner (points estimated!):
Lg Salmon fillet 2.5
Pasta with tomato/herb sauce 4
1/2 slice garlic bread 1.5
Dessert: 1 scoop ice cream 2.5 in a choc dipped cone 2

Dinner/snack (9pm!):
65g apricot crumble 3
1/3 tin light custard 2
French fries (multipack bag) 1

Exercise:
22 mins on cross trainer (5.27km, 120cals) and 10 mins free step and Wii Fit!

Total points used (although estimated!): 26/25 - not great but I managed some exercise and to be honest I thought it would be worse than that as I seemed to eat ALOT today mainly due to snacking while waiting to go out for 'lunch'!
