Snack:
WW black forest bar 1.5
Lunch:
Salad - mixed herb salad, cucumber, tomato 0
Cottage cheese 1
3 x crackerbread 1
Tuna with lemon/black pepper 2
WW yoghurt 0.5
Snack:
2 x Fox's party rings biscuits 1
Dinner:
Chicken with garlic mushrooms 2.5
Veg - carrots, broccoli, caulflower 0
100g 'Roast' new potatoes 1
Yorkshire Pudding 1.5
Gravy 1

Mini choc chip brioche 2
Drink:
3 x decaf coffee
2 x NAS squash
1 x Sains NAS orange twist
1 x tea
1 x diet cherry coke
Exercise:
None - felt a bit upset tonight for some reason so didn't feel like doing anything at all. Did online shopping instead, although I MUST check that as I was feeling down I didn't fill the trolley with naughty but nice things!
