Better day yesterday managed to make a couple of points up from the weekend! Not in a great mood the last couple of days don't know why just feeling a bit down. Anyway here's to another good day food-wise.

Another good day food-wise yesterday, still feeling a bit down with life for some reason, really not feeling motivated to do anything maybe because last week was so busy and had a great weekend to look forward to. Now there is nothing haha....anyway here's to another good food day hopefully....

Friday 3rd September - WI - lost 1lb!! :D
Yay I've lost another lb! Wasn't really expecting a loss this week after having a so-so weekend food-wise and not being very active this week, so I'm really happy with that!! Wow not sure I've ever lost this much in just 3 weeks before....here's hoping i can make it 4 weeks running with a loss! Today is my 'cheat day' so will be having 'maintenance points' today which would be 25.

Hmm, can't say as I've had a great weekend food-wise! Haven't binged or eaten alot of food, but had a couple of meals out, although managed to stay away from deep fried food I was probably over on points Sat and Sun! Back to it today....I will try to stick to 18 points a day this week if I can. Am going to go to local leisure centre tonight to get a timetable and try to talk myself into going to aquafit! Anyone know whether you can get knee length swimming costumes?! lol! I HATE my thighs and it's the only thing stopping me going swimming, daft I know! I used to be a really good swimmer when I was younger and I'd love to get back into it.
Anyway hopefully if I can go to aquafit a few times it will give me the confidence to start swimming again...

Quite pleased with myself yesterday - got home, no electric! DH wanted to go to chippy but I resisted and cooked what I could on the gas hob! Well done me haha. I also went to the leisure centre and got a booking card so I can sign up for aquafit...just need to take that next step now...when I can find a knee-length swimming costume that is lol :eek: Anyway, today's food...

Total points used today = 19.5 - oops! Struggling a bit more this week I must admit, always happens when I get to this weight because I start to feel ok about how I look because I can tell I've lost weight off my stomach, and am less motivated to lose more! MUST keep focus.

Not really feeling it this week if that makes sense! Think it's because I lost focus at the weekend and ate out a few times. Haven't done too badly since Monday, but have been struggling to stick with it and have had cravings for pizza which I haven't had since I started on WW 3 weeks ago. Maybe I'll have a couple of slices as my 'cheat' this week. Anyway here's today's diary...

Friday 10th September - WI - lost 1lb :D
Wow I'm very surprised but I've lost a lb this week! Really happy with that after eating out a few times at the weekend. Must try to keep focus, although again this weekend I'm at a birthday party so will be buffet style food not sure I'll be able to count accurately so I'll just have to be careful and not overindulge! Still craving pizza so might have a couple of slices tonight as my post WI 'treat'. Here's hoping I lose another lb next week...

Monday 13th September

Weekend was ok-ish food wise (if I was trying to maintain not lose!!), Saturday had half my points up till Dinner time then had 2 slices of pizza as my post WI treat although it was a day late! Sunday went to a party so had breakfast then it was a case of snacking for the afternoon really! Don't feel I ate too much although mostly it wasn't healthy food so probably over on points but didn't go mad as I normally would have. Straight back on it today and will try to have 1 or 2 points less a day if I can, without going hungry!

Yesterday was ok food wise managed to stick to what I'd planned. Still feeling really tired at the mo, and un-motivated to do anything, including planning my meals which is not good. Hoping it will pass soon!! Also need to up my veg/fruit again as I've noticed I've been leaving it out just lately...

Hmm well it seems I'm on the slippery slope of not updating my diary for the last 4 days!! STS on Friday so not great, but considering it's coming up to totm it could be related, plus I hadn't had a great weekend. Must give myself a slap and try harder this week! :rolleyes: Am on holiday in 2 weeks time so would love to get to target by then, I'm not feeling optimistic that it will happen but must try my bestest lol.

Oops missed Tuesday the day went so fast!! Have had a bit of a panic my totm is now 6 days late which is odd normally it's been regular since I stopped the pill 9 months ago (but not trying for baby). Anyway was a bit worried so took pregnancy test today and it's negative so not sure what's going on - does anyone think it could be coz of starting this diet 5 weeks ago? And I started taking St John's Wort too. I don't know! I did buy the top of the range digital test and definitely followed the instructions properly so I guess I have to believe it (and I want to believe it!). Anyway here is yesterday's and today's food diary....

If you have a look, you should be able to find potato waffles for 1.5 points each :)

Thanks for that, I'm sure when I was doing WW before I had some that were only 1.5. The ones I have now are Tesco ones so I'll have a look at some other brands. Thanks for reading :D
 
Friday 24th September
Well I've sts for the 2nd week. I can't really complain as I did have lunch out and a takeaway last weekend. Plus my totm is over a week late now although there may be signs of it arriving this morning I'm hoping (tmi!) so fingers crossed it is that....need to try and have a super good week this next week because the week after I am going on an all inclusive holiday so obviously will gain a lb or 2 lol! Although I must admit I find it hard to be motivated when I know I'm going away soon....will do my best....
