Wow well what can I say I'm so surprised - I've lost 2lbs this week! Can't quite believe it, even got off the scales and got on them again and it still showed the same!! Really pleased with myself, thought I'd blown it earlier in the week but obviously cutting my syns down a bit the last few days has made up for it! Going to try and drink 2-3 cups of Green Tea a day too as I have been having 1 or 2 cups a day this week so maybe that has helped?
