28/1/12 - red

Breakfast was WM pitta with WW ham and light cheese - HE & 1/2 HE

Lunch was salad box (peppers, lettuce, gherkins and a teeny amount of onion) with WW ham, cooked chicken and some dressing - 2

Tea is going to be soup - 6.5 and a roll - HE

Snacks have been a mini flapjack - 4, strawberries, grapes and some dried fruit - 3

Well, STS this WI, so I am starting month one at 12 stone 1lb. I now have to resist weighing in till the end of Feb, and hope that this works out better for me!

Not sure really. Might do a bacon fritatta. I dunno, I'm finding lunchtimes quite boring and difficult to sort out. Might do it along with some sweet potato wedges, synned of course.

WM roll - HE with burger (9), slice of cheese - HE, large salad and a few onion rings - 3

Yesterday wasn't sooooo bad. Dunno why I just can't focus and get on with things!

Unsure on tea as he is cooking. I really need to try far harder with things. Going to get the exercise bike back out this afternoon, see if getting back on that daily will help me feel more healthy and less 'sod it'. And I'm starting my chocolate ban again. Actual chocolate once a week, can have Options in the evening. So today is my chocolate day - so none till at least next Tuesday.

Weight loss wise, I am doing awful, but I've not really put a lot on either, just can't be bothered to actually shift it if that makes sense! Good day followed by bad day etc etc. But I am aware of it, so that's half the battle I suppose! Otherwise I'm doing fine thanks, how are you three doing?

Wedding fayre was ok, but my word, I got fed up of it by the end! Only one florist and one cake person there which was a disappointment as I didn't like her flowers, and the cakes were big bucks! Lots of photographers, but by the end, I was fed up of talking to people, so was grabbing leaflets and running!

Its all slowly coming together I suppose. Photographer coming round tomorrow so may well book him there and then, then we just need to sort the cars and video person and then thats the biggies done (the people who have to actually turn up!), but with us picking a Saturday in June next year, lots of people are already booked!

Hope little one is doing well, and your Delia quest is looking good!

Tea is gonna be a takeaway. Not sure what yet, perhaps a grilled chicken kebab :)

*something I ate last night didn't agree with me, causing me to swell up like a blimp in the tummy area! No idea what it may be. I thought potatoes, but I have been fine with them in the past. Could well be the flour in the yorkshires, but I only had 2, and they were home-made. Perhaps its white flour, as I am fine with WM bread and WM rolls.

Pretty sure its white flour! I had chips last night made from proper potatoes, and I was fine.

We have 13 chicken kievs in the freezer. 13! And that's after giving mum 4 last week. So I am going to have to do them for tea.

Chicken Kiev, SW wedges and baked beans for me, chips for him. I'd say about 15-16 syns, dammit!

Gonna try and have an odd day today!

Breakfast - mug shot

Lunch - Sw wedges and parsnips

Dinner - 2x WW sausages, trimmed bacon, 2x WM toast, baked beans, tinned toms, 'fried' egg - 1 & HE

We're out of fruit (!) so best get to Morrisons later and stock up! Need to try and up my fruit intake again, but its this cold weather, it simply makes me want to eat carbs and hibernate!
 
I was thinking the other day, about how I used to lose more when I was on my own. I think I need to go back to basics. So for the next 2 weeks, I am going to *try* and go back to how I used to do things - cereal or toast for breakfast, fritatta, wedges or pasta for lunch, and then a sensible tea when I am cooking, and save the syns for the evenings or for days off/out.
