Tipperary wobbles into 2024

I watched two episodes of "Rick Stein: Secret France" last night - gosh he's so good on TV, really down to earth - but every third word was "cream" :D.
 
I used to really like Rick Stein but the ready his autobiography and went off him. James Martins fav ingredient is butter.
Not too bad yesterday until the evening. Smoothie 11am, the chicken and veg curry at 1.30pm and almind milk yougurt. Hot chocolate at 4pm. Dinner at 7.30pm was an omlette with tomato, onion and chorizo. But then i had two slices cornbread toasted with butter and 2 glasses red wine. And no exercise at all.
Spent the day at work standing at the public counter so back a bit sore now.

Drop 500g but 1kg from my target 74.5kg.

Im taking yesterdays figure for this week. Left home at 6am so too early to weigh in, and no time. But expecting a big increase. Had a bun burger and chips for lunch yesterday and pizza last night. Had fry for breakfast at airport with toast. Waiting on flight and sipping proseccoπŸ›«πŸ‘ as you do in an airport.
 
Having a great time already. But we both overindulged on the wine last night and now i am suffering. Salad, bread, cheese and cake on the plane. Well was also served cured fish but darling husband had that.
Packet of crisps with afternoon wine. Dinner out was italian. I had grilled vegetables and then chicken. Had some bread again. I could actually feel my abdomen increase as i ate the bread and my jeans getting tighter.
Havent booked breakfast but have some yogurt and cereal bars here and can make tea.
Plan for today is shopping.
Did lots of walking yesterday and will do lots more today. We are fairly central so wont bother with the metro.
I packed sensibly with 4 outfits that mix and match, and 4 pairs of shoes. Sparkly high heels for eating in the hotel. Flat black court shoes for eating out. Runners for walking and my sparkly boots for travelling in and wandering. Well stepped outside the hotel and the sole fell of my boots😒 so now its jeans and runners only for anyting more than 500m
 
Im sure some glue will fix them when im home. Its just annoying that im stuck wearing runners only if walking anywhere
 
Morning all. Lying in bed and everything feels a good sore after all the walking yesterday.
Had some cereal biscuits and yougurt for breakfast. Lunch was burger and chips, no bun but with wine. Afternoon tea stopped at Fauchon and had cake (warning, will post pic later, total food porn). Then dinner was an omlette and salad and about 6 chips and more wine.

Yesterday was mostly shopping. I bought lots of green tea, enough for 6 months if not longer, over a kilo. Then got a lovely new perfume. Went to Desigual and got a new dress. Not quite as special as i wanted but simple and practical and will suit all occasions, christmas, birthday, christening. I had looked on the website and about 6 dresses caught my eye but in real life the shape was wrong, the waist was too low or the dress was too long or the cleavage too revealing. Then got jumpers for the boys and cute little baby girl clothes. Went to a food hall and got some chocolate for xmas presents and two tins of pistachio oil, that should help my fat content, i can drizzle over salads.
Going to the flea market today where for me its beads and baubles and lace and will involve lots more walking.
 
Evening, well today involved lots of bread, some wine and a medium amount of walking. Breakfast was herbal tea and cereal biscuits. Lunch egg mayonaisse, bread, spaghetti with tomatoe and cheese, wine. Dinner chicken and chips, very posh chicken and chips but thats whst is was. Wine with dinnerand a glass of champagne after. Done for the day. No idea what we are doing tomorrow
 
Hi all, well in the airport now and having a final glass of wine and ham and cheese roll. All back to normal tomorrow, as keto as keto can be without all the weighing.
And a breakthrough, i finally got Darling Husband to read The Obesity Code and he is totally converted. He is convinced he is going to start tomorrow.
 
Morning, up 1.4kg over the weekend. Im ok with that after a great weekend away. Plan for the rest if the week is to get rid of that by Friday. I reckon a lot of that is from yesterday i reckon.
Smoothie made for lunch breakfast at work. I will have to go out for lunch as no food in the house. I also have no yougurts or milk left so will need to shop on the way home.
I bought lots of green tea so have some packed to take to work. Green tea and water from now to 20th Dec.

And will get darljng husband some sort of a plan started at weekend, maybe when he shops i can sneak my food in as well.

He is hoping to go keto too, lazy keto with no weighing. So first he will skip breakfast and not feel guilty. He doesnt normally eat till 11am anyway but its croissant or cake. So will have his coffee and then a proper lunch. Im buying him a tall bento box that will keep food warm and cold so he can take it when he is out. He has decided no sandwiches and no McDonalds when travelling. Thats his xmas present sorted.
 
Good idea but nope. We are both very much the real food or no food. A replacement wont cut it. He will be fine just avoiding an early unhealthy breakfast and having a proper eay lunch.
A teeny drop this morning, i was expecting it to be bigger. Hopefully tomorrow.
