Those sound yummy. Jam and coconut go well together.
Courgette flower was delicious, but of course it was...it was stuffed with goats cheese, battered and deep.fried and thwn drizzled with honey.
I'm not sure, I am think it's the speed of the frying that keeps the integrity of the flower in tact. Baking could work but I imagine the cheese ooze out and the flower collapse /QUOTE]
Oh yes good point. plus knowing me and my hit and miss cooking skills, i'd only make a mess .
