Done my two hours (1008 cals) and jeeeez i am pooped, that was definitely my hardest session so going to listen to my body and rest for a few days now! Little lie in tomorrow before I get up, weigh and measure and then set off!

I do 2 hours on the hill setting on the treadmill

- 1 hour on level 20, speed 5.5 then bump it up to 5.7 and 6 for the last 10-15 mins (plus 5 mins cool down)

Jump off and stretch then back on for another hour either level 10 or 12 same speed.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow x

Okay so I weigh and I'm 10 stone exactly! Chuffed, was 10 st 4 starting my 10 day challenge!

I am putting my weighing scales in the boot now, gonna avoid weighing for at least a fortnight - 10 st is my comfy weight and i always see it creeping back up.. not this time!!

Jan goals:

Gym 3/4 times a week
One 1 relaxed day on a Sat - well relaxed meal!
To be as close to 10 st as I can for my brothers surprise 30th trip to Berlin on 1st Feb

Pretty much complete! Had a week or two I could go to the gym 4 times as I was poorly but i am happy with my exercise this month!

Brackets are where I was end of November

Waist - 31.5 inches / 80 cm (31)
Hips - 38.5 inches / 98 cm (36)
Arm - 11.5 inches / 29 cm (11.4)
Thigh - 23 inches / 58 cm (22.6)
Bust - 36 inches / 91 cm (35)
Under bust - 32 inches / 81 cm
Calf - 15.25

TODAY:

Waist - 29.75 (-1.75)
Hips - 36 (-2.5)
Arm - 11.25 (-0.25)
Thigh - 22 (-1)
Bust - 35.5 (-0.5)
Under bust - 30.5 (-1.5)
Calf - 15 (-0.25)

So everything has pretty much gone back to what i was in november or smaller!! (except bust which is 0.5 inch bigger than nov - but TOTM has literally just finished so that may be something there!)

Total inch loss = 7.75
YAY!!

Typically porridge and fruit for breakfast - if havent got fruit i have nuts

L - chicken with wholewheat pasta/rice and veg

D - Chicken/prawns with sweet potato/rice or pasta and veg/salad, omelettes, "fry up" - eggs, ww bacon and sauasage, chilli

In process of clearing out freezer so be using up breaded chicken, fish fingers etc as well as plain chicken that i have marinated

Lunches are usually leftovers in the week.

Had a cheat meal sat - pasta bake, full fat garlic bread and a glass of wine - def be having a cheat meal once a week

Its been TOTM so i was naughty and had choc a few days and also a chicken kebab friday!

Well done chick....................... ive just measured myself and im a inch bigger all over!!! How can this be when ive been going to the gym so much :( need advice as all I keep thinking is going back onto CD and i think it will break me :(
 
Aw hun i wouldnt go back, its not a sustainable choice just a quick fix (of course it is up to you though!) You seem to enjoy the exercise which is great - you simply couldnt do that on CD

Are you eating enough? Are you eating carbs if you're working out?

Ive had to learn that carbs are GOOD especially with all the exercise... wholewheat pasta, rice, sweet potato etc

Ive been reading lots about body building diets.. i don't want to be a body builder, far from it but the principles they follow are good and logical!
