Found it all really interesting to look through

7th day today and just gone over my exercise calorie target and not far off the others I set.

Gym tomorrow, rest day tues and gym Wednesday then weigh and measure Thursday before I set off!!
 
Ooouch!!

Power through, gym at 9.. Hoping to so 2 hours again!, least 1 hour on level 20 though.

Day of cleaning, packing quick trip to the docs then a day in front of the telly and a super early night.

Back to work tomorrow and have a rest day fr exercise.

Half day on weds so gym after work and hopeful thurs morning before I head off.

Gym done - 1007 cals, 2 hours plus cool downs... dare I say it.. I'm quite enjoying this!!

Docs done. Had a lil chat about my climb and he took my blood pressure and weight (had to do it anyway as getting my repeat prescription for the pill) and he said everything was spot on! :)

Just had lunch - leftover pasta bake to which I added a plain chicken breast.

I'm bathed and hair all washed. Ironing done, just about to pack my little case.

Productive day :)

Thursday we go sign and move in Friday.

So i didnt go to the gym, after burning almost 3000 cals over the last 3 days i thought it may be a bit too much. BUT I did level 2 and 3 of my DVD.. ouch!!

Just spend the last 20 mins weighing and bagging up all the different types of nuts ive bought into individual servings - all about portion control!! :)

Half day in work tomorrow, finishing at 1 so plan is:

B - porridge
L (at 12) Banana and 2 boiled eggs

Straight from work to gym at about 1:30 and will do 2 hours on the hill setting on the treadmill.

Home to finish packing and have a lil clean up.

Thursday I want to try and get to the gym for an hour before I take the cat to the cattery for the weekend :( If i can get to the gym and back by 9 then take her down ive got enough time to bath and wash my hair before my friend picks me up at 12 for lunch before I get the train!!

Busy busy busy!!

Weigh and measure Thurs morning too - eeeek!!
