Train home tomorrow so back to exercise and eating well

Yeah I had popped to the shop when they arrived so he had another shock! He didn't know where we were going until about 10 mins before we landed.

He thought they were going to Cardiff to watch the rugby, then when I turned up he thought we were going to Dublin (because Wales were playing Ireland) so he was really shocked it was fab

Slept right through the alarm.. Slept for about 21 hrs the last two nights! Must need it that's unheard of with me!

Gonna set myself another mini challenge I think - small steps and all that x

Goals:

Burn 8000 cals
DVD 8 times
Walking min 16 hours

I went to the gym and did spinning yesterday and didnt push myself too much as I knew I had total body class in the evening.......i went and have never had so much energy!!!!!
