To the top of the mountain.. and beyond!!

Todays plan:

B - Porridge
S - banana
L - pasta with chicken and mushrooms
S - brazil nuts
D - Im going to attempt seabass and veg (im not a fish lover so will take porridge in case i cant stand it and at least i have something to eat instead of going to the canteen!!)
S - two boiled eggs

Need a good day under my belt and I'll be back in the swing of it!

Thank gawd that week is over, so so so stressed!

L - chicken, veg and a jacket potato
S - few mini egs
D - breaded spicy chicken strips and a large wine!!
