To the top of the mountain.. and beyond!!

Hmmm should have listened to my body, today is a rest day. I did 30 mins gym but leg is sore so resting now.

Something wrong with telly so no shred today either.. Nevermind I WILL complete it, theres no doubt about that.

Have another night out on sat so extending my challenge to weds 27th (will be going to london for easter 28th march so will be good timing).

I WILL have finished shred by then.
 
2 hours exercise done, gym and shred.

total cals - 915

Plan today - work 2-10

B - banana and alpen light bar (hex b)

L - chilli, jacket potato and veg (with cheese - hex a)

S - fruit - strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, muller light and other alpen light.

D - homemade curry, rice and veg

HOPEFULLY no syns.

Add an extra alpen light bar as I was starving when I just came in and I still have no lights so house is pitch black so not much else I could grab!!!

Don't think ill weigh sat, probably wait til thurs next week as it'll be totm soon!!
 
Cant believe i slept through two alarms.. must need it.

Feel bad that im not in the gym/shredding but hey ho, the 30 days will be finished by next Thursday. would have taken me more like 35 days than 30 but nevermind.

I knew march was gonna be hard with nights out and hangover days so as long as im around the same weight im happy. April i will have a stonking month!!
 
Just had half a portion of chips from the Chinese. Was starving after work and still no lights to make any food!!

Think I've got a water infection, in agony :(

Having a rest from the gym tomorrow, think I'm run down!

Not going out sat so least I won't lose a day eating rubbish with a hangover Sunday! I'm making a curry to take over and a bottle of wine instead

Hey beauty. HATE water infections, it will defo be because you're run down. I saw your wassap last night but was half asleep and didnt want to wake u now by replying. Hope it goes asap. Get some cranberry juice and some sachets. Drink as much cranberry juice as u can to flush it away! Xxx
 
Ouch! Never had one but I know people that have and they are not nice. Lots of cranberry juice for you my lovely x
