To the top of the mountain.. and beyond!!

Ahhhhh today is the day!! Excited!

I was 10 st 4.5 yesterday but I'm ok with that!

Not gonna weigh until 9th April so I'm giving myself 10 days when ok back to get back into it then setting myself a strict 6 week training plan ready for my 100k walk in May. Still waiting to hear if my mate is doing it when me but I've decided I'm def doing it, alone if I have to!! Argh!! Determined Bennett!

I know feels like the other day we were plotting it and it was 6/7 weeks away!!

No we didn't! Too busy yapping/drinking lol

On my way back home now, rolling I'm so fat haha but so what! I've enjoyed!

Getting back to it tomorrow and will weigh/measure on sat as I've then got a 6 week countdown.

Won't get to the gym much this week only weds and sat but that can't be helped.

Time to really step up my training ready for my 100km!
 
Just registered for the London - Brighton walk - 100km within 30 hours

Signed up to do it alone but may have company but ATM its just me and to say I'm terrified would be an understatement!!!

Still a complete porker but sat I am back on track, properly - food and fitness.
 
wow hun bet that will be awesome. i think when you have a goal so close its easier to get back on track xxx
 
your doing so well chick had a look at the walk too and I cant do that weekend otherwise I would have gone for it too!!!! Having a google and other stuff tho your motivating me totally. Are you still doing slimming world??? xx
 
I think I underestimated how hard it will be and how much training I need, what I've been doing doesn't come close!! Yikes!

Not following anything ATM I'm exhausted and not very well but I'm weaning myself back to restart sat. Expecting to be 10 8ish but oh we'll.

You're doing great Sheree and have had an awesome start, don't be so hard on yourself Hun. Look how many hours you walk and how long u put in, you're totally dedicated!!! We both have a goal and its very close for both of us, we'll get stuck I'm and help each other xxx
