Starting again :-)
Hiya I just need a little help this is my diary for the day,ill be in work from 11-7 and will probley get my break about half 2 so I try to eat things that will fill me as I get hungry easy but im not full of ideas and worried im eating too many carbs..opinions?
..breakfast : turkey rashers 2pp , scrambled eggs 4pp..butter 1pp..toast ww 2pp.. Lunch: brown pasta 7pp tuna 2pp ..dinner: gammon 6pp ..potatoes 2pp veg 0pp...treats : ww cookies 2pp ,snax 2pp..and think ive 7pp left over then dunno what ill do with it also ill be eating fruit.
