LOL Belle, from my side I'd live in Kiltimagh anyday, my poor little house sitting there with all my nice stuff in it and me lucky to see it once a year........very sad, things just never seem to turn out the way we plan, himself says our next move will probably be the Far East, I'm getting further away, not closer!! Gotta go where the work is though..it's all about the money money money!!

Morning Campers, after last night amazing light show I thought the weather would be clear today but there's so much sand in the air you can barely see, not to mention the windows are totally filthy and I'm now wondering why we pay all this money for the view!! On a good day it looks like this:
I had a look at the scales this morning and I'm -2lbs making it the stone so I am taking that as this weeks weigh in, so that means 2 more to go until the brunch. The dress fits, but I'd like to get another 7lbs off just to be on the safe side, please diet gods make it so!!
Big clean day for me today so best get on with it, it's at times like this I wonder why exactly a 2 bedroom apartment needs to have 4 bathrooms, and why do we have to use all of them?? I'm saving the ironing for this evening, god what a treat!

Yes very exciting, I've spent the morning cleaning the bathrooms and changing the bed, doing the polishing. For this afternoon I have hoover and mop, washing and cook dinner, then a lovely pile of ironing to look forward to this evening!!
I'm really not a big fan of travel as it goes, I'd much rather be home, but you get used to moving around all the time.
I am not so hungry today, in fact I feel a bit weird, heart racing, feeling a bit jittery, only had one coffee so not sure whats going on...hope it clears up soon though.

phew I'm exhausted just reading your diary for today you are going to burn off plenty calories cleaning all those bathrooms (still can't get my head round 2 bed 4 bathrooms) what a great idea though. Confession time, fell of the wagon last night...was it for pizza?? Burger King?? A giant kebab?? Nope it was for several vodkas in the pub!! Not even out of ketosis, have a very bad head though. Didn't eat a thing when I got home except half a bar I had in the freezer.
The hotel downstairs seems to be having a party this morning too!! I'm not annoyed at myself I needed a break from the overwhelming boredom and honestly so did hubs, it's done now so shopefully there will be no gain, but the scale sts this morning so happy enough with that!

Oh LW After dat many wks being 100%TS u were entitled to let Ur hair down for one nite !!! I take my hat off to u dat u didn't eat a morsel of food and dat Ur still in ketosis and dat d scales hasn't moved up!!! Don't become complacent thinking u can make this a wkly habit or it will make Ur journey a tab bit longer- not wagging my finger at u Just a word of caution!!!

Hey Shoobs, yes back 100% again this morning, off to do a bit of shopping with hubs and then he'll have lunch out and I'll have my water and coffee, must admit I was starving when I came home, I sure was glad I had the half bar left over, I had that and 2 pints of water and then watched the apprentice which hubs had downloaded and an episode of Holby, then went to bed, so I feel I was quite a good girl.
