Another one of life's mysteries rears it's head.
How can what Lipotrim put in a packet for 140 off calories taste like it was made in hell, and what S & S put in a packet for I think actually slightly less calories, be so nice, and filling and satisfying?
I refer to S & S Spicy Spag Bol, which I had for my tea this evening, I know you're not suppose to mix and match but the idea of needing a fork to eat my dinner was too appealing to resist!
I can categorically say I will be moving to S & S once the Exante is finished, I could eat spag bol for my breakfast!!

Another big bonus is that the shipping was a lot less than Exante, I'm not sure why, but thats a big consideration for me getting them sent out here

I'm sure mixing and matching will be ok as long as you don't exceed the daily carbs, which tbh would be hard. I like your comparison between lipotrim and S&S made me laugh 'made in hell' pmsl!! Oh, and you CAN have spa Bol for breakkie, lunch and dinner if you wanted. I cant wait to start mine.

Quick question, what packs did you get from S&S? I got the sample pack, one of everything (but it's not really, there's a couple things not there) there's 29 packs/bars altogether which will give me a week on S&S to find out what my faves are before I stock up xx

Got the same one as you the 29 packs, I will have a S & M day (hehehehe) tomorrow, as I realised I'd want to try a few before I go and place a bigger order, still not sure about 3 packs or 4 packs, what do you think??
The shipping was only 39 AED for me thats about 6.50 in pounds, for the week, they charged me 329 AED about 55 quid for 4 weeks Exante so that's a big difference if you x4

hehe!! I'm going for the 4 packs to begin with then might move to 3+ protein meal further down the line. I'm looking forward to the 150ml milk & the veg, not doing cartwheels over the veg but it'll be nice chomping on real food beside the hot meal pack. That p&p with Exante is horrendous!! :-o Makes you wonder how S&S can do it so cheap x

Morning campers, well it's slim and save island today, as I'm having a full S & S day to see how I like the flavours, definitely making a bigger order for this one. I was stuffed after my spicy spag bol last night, I would find this much easier to stick to too.
Busy day assignment due in just a few days, some progress has been made but not enough!! Not looking at scales today, gonna try and stay off them until Thursday weigh in.

Yaaaaaaayyyy just heard my brother is flying back to Scotland today after spending 4 months with his girlfriend in Tasmania, they met working last summer and have been pretty much inseparable since, she was on a year out from Uni and he went back with her for a bit. Will be nice to have him back where I know he's safe. Ufft I really miss my family.
Dad in law asked last night if we were going back in the summer and hubs said No :cry:. He wants to go on an actual holiday this year rather then the visitfest than going home usually is. He really is a tool at times.

Me with my brother, sister dad and step mum, as you can see I am the smallest in the family, everyone else is more than 6ft tall !!

Gosh your soooooo beautifull, you really are a pretty girl missus xxx. Just tell him you need to see your family and that you miss em. I moved only 65 miles down the road and still feel like I've been on a really long trip and am finally back home everytime I drive into my mums road...even after 6 years.

I had the choc shake with the bits in it this morning at 9am, it's after 1pm and I feel like I ate a 3 course meal, was the same last night after the spag bol. I had the little lemon yoghurt bar thingy at about 12am, as I wasn't really hungry but felt I should have it as I'd only had a LT shake earlier in the day. The bar was right up my street, but I love anything lemony!
I am having the veg soup for lunch, that will be a test as I really like the Exante one and mac and cheese for dinner with cauli and broccolli, I think you had the mac and cheese before though DL?
The thing I like best about the S & S 4 pack is that I can have 3 proper meals and I still have the wee bar to have later with a cuppa so no messing about splitting shakes and whisking things ever 2 mins.
I will copy and paste my list as I try them:
Choc Shake with bits . 9/10, very nice and totally filling
