We had a lovely weekend and the damage is well as expected, +9lbs this morning, and I can honestly say I am looking forward to getting back on the wagon.
Thursdays meal was lovely, absolutely gorgeous, but I found I was full very quickly, so I was glad it was a posh restaurant and the portions were small!!
Friday brunch turned out we met a load of lovely new people and had a ball, we of course forgot to go home afterwards and ended up having a very late night, I wore my old dress for that so I will stick up a picture when Gerry comes home and I can get them off his camera.
Really hoping the vast majority of the gain is just water from all the drinking.
So here is to the new challenge, 12st 4 by 30/06. I will be delighted if I can lose the 9lbs this week, so fingers crossed.
Onwards and downwards losers xxx

Hi Sarah, no never been 12 anything since I was about 16, I was about 12.6 then, so it's a really big milestone for me. If I get there I might look at getting the tummy tuck done..........gulp

Hi Briar Rose, yes it was lovely, but the weight gain is way more than I thought, I know it's a lot of water but still, it's depressing!!
Was back 100% yesterday, feeling hungry and very bloated, not a surprise really!!
Although it was a totally planned weekend off, I feel crap after it, so it really makes me think twice about having another splurge until I'm at my new goal.

Thanks Precious, sitting here pondering what to do next, I've a few days of S & S left and a few days of Exante left, do I continue with S & S after this week or what hmmmm decisions decisions!

Ah thanks shoobs, was beginning to miss you and your daily ray of sunshine
I feel like I'm nowhere near ready to go back to normal eating, if anything the weekend probably proved that to me, and I suppose I want the peace of mind that if I stick to the plan, the weight will come off. I've never been 12st anything so it is a big milestone or mill stone lol.

Day 2 of the anniversary weekend, visibly hungover obviously, but I suppose this dress makes the decision for me, this is the one I was trying to fit into all along, and I wouldn't have done it without the S&S/Exante. So onwards and downwards I think !!

Personally i think you should carry on and see how u feel wen u get to 12.4 honestly it's so worth it - if u feel ur happy in the lower 12s u could start re feeding and maintain at that point... Good luck... I'm planning to get to 12 stone and join SW and lose the last stone( 11st) through healthy eating but for now gonna carry on with the shakes
