Day 2 of the anniversary weekend, visibly hungover obviously, but I suppose this dress makes the decision for me, this is the one I was trying to fit into all along, and I wouldn't have done it without the S&S/Exante. So onwards and downwards I think !!

Absolutely gorgeous lw - keep the anniversary pics close and use it as motivation I bet they will all be too big when u reach ur next milestone ;-) good luck xx

Honestly Shoobs I actually wasn't able to eat very much at all, it was all booze pounds I've gained, to much of the sparkly stuff and the vodka, over 2 days. I feel so bloated and I'm drinking water for Scotland at the moment to try and shift it, but I know from personal experience it might be the end of the week before I feel more normal, god what a reminder not to ever put this weight back on, even if it's only temporary I hate this feeling

You look so lovely in your dress. What an achievement you have made all together.

I have set my target as 12 to see if I can get near it. I think it was about 20 yrs ago the last time I saw it.

I think this type of diet is actually putting you in more control. If you put weight on then but go back on it straight away the weight will be gone in no time. On what other diet would this happen. On ww it would take weeks and weeks to loose a stone.

I think I might move more to slim and save ( been trying the samples ) It just seems easier having the 4 packs instead of 3.

I definitely find it easier with the 4 packs Briar Rose, you can have 4 chilli a day if thats your thing LOL! I I find it much easier as there is much more variety and I can hold a pack back for the evening munchies.

I am mixing up S & S days then the odd Exante day to use up my supplies but I do like the Exante soups so it's nice to have some now and again. After a few weeks I found I really got into the swing of it, although I do find the weekends a bit boring, still it's not forever and the rewards are truly worth it. I met a bunch of new people at the weekend and it was an amazing feeling to not be feeling like the biggest person in the room for a change.

Absolutely stunning! Your OH must've been so proud of you. Glad you're back on the wagon and the very best of luck with your new target weight :hug99: xx

morning dear LW! You sound like you had a lovely weekend, but yes I know the bloated feeling you describe. I've not been 100% over the weekend, I think I got into holiday mode too soon :-/ oops! So, when I start again I'll be joining you in losing a gain (you'll have probably lost yours by then though!) +9 sounds worse than it probably is, I bet it's mostly water.
I'm back on my stallion on 14 th, with a goal towards July of as much weight off as possible! (we're off to sunny Manchester to stay with relatives, yeah, I know you're all jealous lol!) THEN my next goal will be around Sept-ish when we are hoping to go abroad, not sure where yet. So, I'm in this for the long haul. You will probably have reached goal by then, who knows, if I behave myself so might I! we might be Atkins maintainers by then, woohoo :D
onwards and downwards lovely lady! Xxx

Good afternoon gorgeous lady, hope you're having a fab S&M day :hug99: xx

Morning campers, well had to go for an MRi x 2 this morning, one on the neck and one on the shoulder, I am now starving, no water and only one coffee before I left at the crack of dawn!! Some serious drinking to do now.

Very hot and humid outside now, temperatures in the 100's already , oh I do hate the summer here, even my eyeballs were burning and that was at 8.30am.

Have a great 100% day everyone, off to guzzle

Morning lw hope the x rays went well .. Weather there sounds gorgeous it's raining here so a bit of that sun would be lovely although not all of it - I can just see me sweating bucket loads in that heat wave - looks like AD soon be part of my life too as my husband may be working out there and I'll be visiting during hols - think it's near the Marina mall?? If I'm right?? Anyway shopping there sounds absolutely awesome lol have a good day lovely xx

Shopping here is very disappointing to be honest so don't get your hopes up, unless you like expensive designer handbags which do seem to be a little bit cheaper. Still I'm not AD's biggest fan so prob best ask someone that actually likes living here LOL!!

I live on Abu Dhabi Corniche, the opposite end to Marina Mall around 8km away I think. Although the winter weather is nice I would not advise you to visit during the summer months or Ramadan ( approx 20/7 to 18/8), as Ramadan is still very strict in AD, no eating, smoking or drinking in public during daylight hours, bars are closed until sunset and a lot don't open at all as loud music is not allowed either most people go away, the city is very quiet and the heat/humidity is so unbearable you simply cannot go outside at all. Also a lot of expats head home in the school holidays so there are very few folks around to socialise with. So worth thinking about if planning a trip out. Dubai is a very different city to AD, much more life there, like a proper city!!. Of course if you are muslim yourself, you may enjoy the evening Ramadan celebrations, which are fairly nice on the food front it has to be said.:party0051:

Still excellent news on DH's job thats rather good news considering how crap things are around generally at the mo on the job front, I feel we may soon move to Doha as job opps are really starting to pick up there. Although I hear living in Doha is even less entertaining than AD.

Good luck and fingers crossed it all goes well precious xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Yeah for the best, we usually go home or go on hols, not much to do here except eat and drink so when you can't do it it's super boring!!

Great that he already knows a few people here, it definitely helps, although it's easy to get into the expat scene, everyone is in the same boat, away from home and family so it's easy to make friends.
