Theres definately 'not eating enough' conlou, and i dont think u are. Thats probably why u feel bloated all the time. Anything u do eat/drink ur bodies holding onto. You need calories to live, just live and its more than two slices of nimble! Also stop weighing yourself every 5minutes. That would send anyone mental. Your body fluctuates day by day, theres no point weighing yourself everyday, weight loss is better looked at 4 weekly. This is why i dont own scales, it becomes too obsessive.
