Any tough love advice on fixing cake/bingo wings?
My arms are just jelly/flub. If you squeeze them very tightly then you can feel bone, but there is like zero muscle at all.
Up until a year ago I was pole dancing, which is very hard on the arms as you are constantly holding your whole weight (16st+ in my case) up in the air by your arms alone as you do various spins, moves, inverts etc. But even with this my arms only got slightly better and they've now withered back (can't go any more as I don't drive and my friend that used to give me a lift is no longer permitted to pole dance due to health problem).
I know as I lose weight they'll lose some of the flub, but any advice to speed it up/tone appreciated. I'm not very sporty, my current fitness routine is pretty limited to wii fit and home zumba. Can't gym or swim at mo as can't fit around hospital working hours, but anything sensible I can try at home would be great
