why are you going without sleep...did i miss something? 4 days without?? pah thats nothing try having 2 kids under 18 months lol ;)

cos I'm fishing! you can't fish if you're asleep, hence you stay up!

I've got three kids, been there and done all that already...and no I don't miss it at all!

Just did my monthly measurements and I've lost a total of 9 inches since March. Awesome :D
 
that looks awesome!!! aah pfd yes i get it now, i was racking my brain lol. the fish looks delicious, what type of fish was it? with veg too very healthy!! just be careful cos lack of sleep does slow the metabolism down, not making excuses its a fact, your gonna have to be extra good before and after it to compensate, even just half an hours sleep is beneficial to none at all...you dont want to end up run down and poorly!!! consider yourself told!!

i love fish, never tried bass though. i must make more of an effort to try more fish. i choked on a fish bone when i was younger and im paranoid now, i cant eat it if i find bones in it until ive picked it to pieces and pulled them out, thats why i like mackerel cos the bones are so small and flimsy you cant really choke on them lol

well thats enough chat from me im off to brave the weather and go for a walk...stupid bloody rain. but i will not be defeated!

My arms are just jelly/flub. If you squeeze them very tightly then you can feel bone, but there is like zero muscle at all.

Up until a year ago I was pole dancing, which is very hard on the arms as you are constantly holding your whole weight (16st+ in my case) up in the air by your arms alone as you do various spins, moves, inverts etc. But even with this my arms only got slightly better and they've now withered back (can't go any more as I don't drive and my friend that used to give me a lift is no longer permitted to pole dance due to health problem).

I know as I lose weight they'll lose some of the flub, but any advice to speed it up/tone appreciated. I'm not very sporty, my current fitness routine is pretty limited to wii fit and home zumba. Can't gym or swim at mo as can't fit around hospital working hours, but anything sensible I can try at home would be great :)

Alas my arms are a mess, and were when I was slim too. You can do tricep dips easily at home to build muscle, but this only helps so much. It is one of the biggest problem areas for big losers.

I was researching brachioplasty last night, I think I will consider this when I am at target to sort my arms out.

I will just say that I always aim for two but usually average 2.77

I will also say that the week ain't over yet!

But as the tough love goes, - I can't fault it!!!

my arms were hurrendous until i got near healthy bmi range, theyre still flabby but not as bad, as you lose weight youll find the definition comes back and if you exercise in the mean time youll have fab arms by the time you gt to target :)

had a 40 minute walk today not fantastic really, should have done more, kids are not feeling too great and if im honest im completely exhausted. but at least i went for a walk. ive had 1300 today despite being at the mothers which is always a challenge as she never does anything healthy and i normally take a micro meal but she said she was doing a bbq this week so thought id be safe and i was i just had meat pretty much and a couple of mini bhajis. i allow myself 1200-1500 a day but have stuck to 1200 each day this week, so not too fussed. tomorrow i have to walk an hour to my cleaning job up hill, then hardcore cleaning for 2 solid hours then an hours walk back (downhill heehee) i may bike to mix it up a bit if its dry, i dont bike in the rain as im too scared of falling off lol. so lots of exercise and ill have a shapers salad or wrap on my way up there then a micro meal for tea. im also babysitting tomorrow for my baby niece as well as my own 3!!!! no chance of me having the time to even think about food hurray!!!! no plans for booze this weekend which is good, im going to be a very good girl as i want another 2 off this week. lots of walking this weekend planned too :)
 
I don't even know what to say... I gained a pound. I have some theories as to why, but they all sound like excuses. This was an unexpected result :(
 
Oh dear :( do you keep food diaries? If there truly is no reason try to brush it off as just one of those things. It happens to the best of us.

I do keep food diaries. My mistake is obvious to me... I only ate once a day every day this week. How stupid is that, my metabolism must have been fried :( No real exercise either. I was secretly hoping for a huge loss this week, I haven't had a single gain in months. Trying to be less grumpy about it, it doesn't help any.

Here is to a great week ahead :vibes:

I'm not going to berate you. You know what youve done wrong. Starving yourself doesn't work, and you've found that out the hard way. Tomorrows a new day I wanna hear you saying your eating brekkie with ya trainers on ready to do some exercise. Or there'll be trouble. ;) get to bed and forget it for now tomorrows a new day. Also you say it's your first gain-if it ain't broke don't fix it, go back to what you were doing it was working

Thanks, it wasn't broken and i tried to fix it and messed up. That really helps alot, thanks Lou :) It is only a very minor setback and its starting to feel better. I just feel a bit embarrassed more than anything :eek:
