I have always struggled keeping food diaries so I am hoping with some support and this being public I will be able to track consistently and maybe share ideas and advice?
Been on SW for 4 weeks now and have lost 10lbs, today I am in the 10's rather than 11's and want to get to the 9's quickly and healthy I am bridesmaid twice in the summer so want to feel comfortable and happy - and obviously the hen parties will be coming up soon!
So here is my Monday....
Exercise..... 30 Day Shred it!
2 x Alpen Light Bar (HEXB)
Banana
Crab salad (crabsticks, spinach, cucumber, celery, tomatoes)
Banana & Custard Muller Light (Love these - cannot believe they are free!)
Pear
More exercise..... 3.5k run (although this nearly killed me as legs are starting to stiffen from the shred it this morning!)
Salt and Pepper Chicken and SW chips! Found the recipe on here and have been craving! Loved it! (4 syns for the potato)
Would normally eat a lot more fruit and veg / no HEXA today either didnt have time for my cereal in work!
