I have always struggled keeping food diaries so I am hoping with some support and this being public I will be able to track consistently and maybe share ideas and advice?

Been on SW for 4 weeks now and have lost 10lbs, today I am in the 10's rather than 11's and want to get to the 9's quickly and healthy :D I am bridesmaid twice in the summer so want to feel comfortable and happy - and obviously the hen parties will be coming up soon! :cool:

So here is my Monday....

Exercise..... 30 Day Shred it!

2 x Alpen Light Bar (HEXB)
Banana

Crab salad (crabsticks, spinach, cucumber, celery, tomatoes)
Banana & Custard Muller Light (Love these - cannot believe they are free!)

Pear

More exercise..... 3.5k run (although this nearly killed me as legs are starting to stiffen from the shred it this morning!)

Salt and Pepper Chicken and SW chips! Found the recipe on here and have been craving! Loved it! (4 syns for the potato)

Would normally eat a lot more fruit and veg / no HEXA today either :( didnt have time for my cereal in work!

I decided I needed to eat more today as I was pretty rubbish from the exercise yesterday!

GREEN DAY!!!

Exercise....30 Day Shred

1 crumpet and 1/2 tin of baked beans! (thought the crumpet would have been HEXB but its not so....5 syns)

35g Fruit and Fibre (HEXB) 125ml ss milk (1/2 HEXA)

Pear and whole punnet of blackberries

jacket potato with 2 laughing cow cheese light (1/2 HEXA) with rocket, peppers, celery, cucumber

Strawberry Muller Light

2 alpen light bars (just discovered these and love them!!)

LOTS of brocolli with a cheese and brocolli pasta n sauce


Feel like I have eaten so much today but I have felt hungry a couple of times too and am pretty tired! Was going to have a ML milkshake for my other HEXA but I didnt - I do struggle to have both HEXA - need to study the HE lists a bit more!
 
Extra Easy

The first EE day in 5 weeks because it sounded too good to be true!

Exercise.....30 Day Shred

Crumpet (5 syns) 1/2 tin of beans

2 hot water and lemon

Tangerine & Banana

1/2 pack Uncle Bens wholegrain med rice (4 syns) tin of sardines in tomato sauce - really enjoyed this was getting a bit sick of salads!

Banana and Custard ML

1/2 pack Blueberries & Alpen light HEXB (couldnt eat 2)

Slow Cooker meal - Chicken, veg, garlic, chilli & passata - Really tasty

Muller light toffee Milk shake! (HEXA) - Lovely!!!

***Out for meal with work tomorrow night! Have been 'bullied' into leaving the car so a couple of vinos and the healthy option on the menu!?!?***
 
Thursdays Extra Easy (I was too drunk to do this last night :mad:)

Pineapple
Blueberries
35g Fruit and Fibre (HEXB) & 125ml SS Milk (HEXA)

Left over slow cooked chicken & uncle bens express long grain rice (1syn)
Watermelon

Went out for a meal with work (wasn't meant to be drinking and I failed royally

Tried to be good with my food choices though....(asked for everything to be cooked without oil / butter / sauce - will account 6 syns for oil just incase!?)

Scallops and Asparagus
Rare fillet steak with spinach and asparagus

1.5 bottles of white wine (ish) - is that about 45 syns!?? ARGH! So annoyed with myself! I will be an angel all weekend though - normally I am bad on a hangover but not this time!
 
Friday Extra Easy

Feeling pretty rough so no 30DS :-(

Brown toast, Mayo (1 syn) lettuce onion tomato chicken

Ready salted walkers (9 syns)

Vimto (3.5 syns)

Pear

2 cadbury caramel nibbles (1.5 syns)

Fresh orange (1.5 syns)

Lamb and salad with yoghurt and mint (1 syn)

SW salt and pepper chicken and SW chips ( I really craved salt today and was pleased to resist the Chinese everyone had in work and made my own when I got home!)

Rocket, tomato, cucumber

Ketchup (1 syn)

Fresh orange (1.5 syns)

Really disappointed to see this rack up to 20 syns as I didn't think I had been too bad today but I have shaken it off on the basis that I would normally have been terrible if I wasn't SW or tracking here!
