Extra Easy Days Trefoil's Trip To Target!

well done ruth on the weight loss, thats brilliant loving your diary and food pics, how do you make your overnight oats ?

Thank you :) the kind words are really appreciated!
It's 35g of rolled oats (HEXB) with about 200g fat free natural yogurt and then either fresh or frozen fruit. Layer them in a jar or bowl, cover and put in the fridge overnight. It's so easy and it's preparation the night before which means I have more time to do stuff which is great!
It's very yummy as the oats soak up the yogurt and the fruit makes it so sweet. So it's sweet and filling!
Hope that you're ok!

Thank you :) you might not be halfway now, but you will be in no time whatsoever! It totally flies by! Head down, stick with it and reap the rewards as you already are!
Hope that you're ok this morning!

Thanks for the words of encouragement, I needed them this morning, buffet breakfast at boys school, pastries rolls cheese etc, I sat and watched them inhale it all while nibbling fruit, couldn't even have coffee as it was full fat milk in it!

Can I ask a daft question, what's a ham roll up?

Oooo I feel like a weary zombie or something today! Very tired indeed!
Still absolutely loving these oats! I am totally sold! No issues whatsoever either although I am going to nip into my local Holland and Barrett at the weekend for a browse.
Although- here comes little miss worrier, I haven't eaten my HEXB in weeks and I've just started eating it again! Hopefully it won't cause me any harm as in throw 5lbs on me on Monday!
My mum (bless her) told me yesterday that when I get below 13 stone she will take me to Bettys... Where all they serve is tea, cake and sandwiches. Haha! Perhaps one little fruit tart and a pot of tea although she wanted us to go for afternoon tea!

I hope you all have a good day, I've just scoffed my oats and made a teriyaki mackerel salad for lunch :)

Ooh fingers crossed the oats don't cause any problems! I'm sure they won't- I know you haven't really used your 'b' but by having it you might subconsciously cut back in other areas? And it is part of the masterplan that we all know works!
Bless your mum, that's so lovely of her. Can't beat Bettys ;) though not v SW friendly! I'm sure you'd get away with a cheat meal if you really wanted to! Hope you're perkier this morning, I was a bit zombie-like yesterday too, blaming the heat! It's so humid x

Yes I agree with the cutting back, I'm definitely a lot fuller than before! And I was getting a bit sick of grapefruit haha!
My mum is lovely haha and I'm sure I would get away with it too but I have so much going on in August that it's going to be interesting...
It's been one of those mad days at work but chilling out now, with an early night tonight ready for gardening and a bbq with work tomorrow (should be interesting)
Hope that you have had a good day and you feel less zombified too! I am officially sick of the weather...

Have a wonderful evening!

I'm ok thanks Ruth :)
After losing 70lbs and being quite happy at that weight...(although I wouldn't have said no to losing some more) I was put on a medication which interfered with my thyroid meds... and put about 30lbs back on  but I am still 40lbs better off than when I started...
I eventually came off the medication and was ready to get stuck in again... but my mum was diagnosed with cancer and sadly passed away... but it's been 3 months now and I am ready to do battle with the evil poundage :D

Well done on the fabulous loss! Booo to the meds- know how that feels :/ still though, 40lbs is wonderful and you'll have the rest off in no time I'm sure!
I'm sorry to hear about your mum's passing. I hope that you're ok as you can be and if you need anything just give me a shout!

Well Horticap yesterday was fab although I ache (lots) I have even ended up on their Facebook page (looking really unimpressed although I was really enjoying myself!) not the most flattering of photos but hey ho.... My jeans also kept falling down haha

We ended up building this massive area (where I'm walking towards) full of logs and beautiful plants, the area I'm walking down, we cleared enough so that a wheelchair could easily fit and that people could reach out- so a sensory garden.
Then we went back to our head office (our team was a mixture of production staff, sales managers, installations (me), installers themselves etc and I worked for one more hour then nipped home to get ready for the works bbq. We are a national company and everyone (literally) had driven up to head office to take part in all of the charity events (there were about 20 in total) and we had a BBQ held at a local hotel last night with a marquee and function room. It was so lovely, I had a couple of drinks, however there wasn't really anything SW friendly so I ate when I came home instead which is fine. I spent most of the evening talking to my own staff (I have a group of 8 installers that I look after) and having a laugh before leaving at 11 ish. My managing director gave me a glass of prosecco and said he was hearing lovely things about me (eek) and all in all it was great. The dress I had planned to wear was miles too big so I ended up in my pink/purple lace one I wore last week and felt lovely :)
All of my Syns went on alcohol. I had 3 single vodka and Diet Coke and 1 glass of prosecco so I will be slightly over but worth it :)

Work now!
