Extra Easy Days Trefoil's Trip To Target!

I'm not sure that I've been this tired in a while :(
I truly can't wait to go to bed! Laid out on the sofa...

Oh well, still a good day so far. We got offered egg/bacon/sausage sandwiches at work today and I said no (lots of people were very hungover!) and stuck with my lovely egg salad! The more I do this, the easier I find to resist temptation. I also find more scope to find SW friendly things of the things I used to gorge myself stupid with. For example I am going to buy some B wraps and make chicken Caesar wraps as I adore chicken Caesar things!
That's the only thing that tempts me really, is a chicken Caesar wrap!

Well done on the fabulous loss! Booo to the meds- know how that feels :/ still though, 40lbs is wonderful and you'll have the rest off in no time I'm sure!
I'm sorry to hear about your mum's passing. I hope that you're ok as you can be and if you need anything just give me a shout!

I'm going through the phases, now breaking on my chest and coughing at night, nice. Still feel tired and week. Not up to going out with my cycling club, I'd like to but I'd just get dropped.

Oh that's a bit rubbish :/ yes I would wait until you get yourself sorted, you don't want to get dropped or make yourself worse! I do hope hat you feel better soon. Well done on the wonderful loss too :)

Right good morning everyone!
It's my turn to lay in bed whilst my OH goes to work and it feels lovely :)
I have been so busy over the last couple of days that I feel like I've neglected the forum a bit, and I love it on here so that must not happen!
I have had a good week this week (with the exception of the alcohol on Thursday although it was synned!) and there's nothing that could upset it this weekend for me either so I'm hoping to see the 12s on Monday, anything would be lovely! I actually spoke to my doctor yesterday because I feel a bit all over the place since I had my IUD changed on 23/06 and wanted to know how long everything would take to settle down- could be up to 3 months. However if I manage to keep myself on an even keel until I sort of settle down then I'm hoping that everything will sort of go back to normal!
We are also going food shopping tomorrow which is needed badly, and we have a big list which is exciting! I bought some strawberries yesterday for my lunch today and also a big pot of 50% reduced fat coleslaw as I fancied it but I'm not sure what I will have with it...
I have also worked out that I have 5 weigh ins until my birthday week! So I'm wondering if I should set myself a mini challenge?!
