Just pooped on for a catch up. Had a manic week so not had time.

Sounds like you have been busy but still doing fab. Your grandad is adorable! I get what you mean about a tonic, I spend Saturday mornings with my grandma when I can and although she is confused about who we are she is still the same character. She has some home help too so hopefully will help your grandad, it definitely does to her.

I did have the most wonderful time with my Grandad, he loves his home help too which is so important. It's lovely that you get to spend Saturday mornings with your grandma too!!

I'm going to try and keep it plain today

I still have my Porridge HEXB with fruit and honey (1) because I've actually woken up fairly hungry probably due to no dinner yesterday. I had some stir fry veg in the fridge so I've just cooked that up and I will pick my way through that for the day.
I have put milk in my coffee today too... Got some peppermint tea for work as well!

Hey Ruth! Just having a catch up on your diary, sorry to hear you've not been feeling too good this weekend!
It's funny that you should feel so much better after the smoothie- maybe you're right on the vitamin front, though you eat such a wide variety of food it would be surprising! Maybe it'd be worthwhile just grabbing a pack of multivitamins and seeing if they help?
Good job on the peppermint tea- it always settles my tummy.
I love Barnsley market too! I used to go to Uni in Barnsley- Huddersfield used to have a campus there but it's been sold to the college I think- and always had a wander round- the fruit & veg is such good quality and so cheap!

Thanks @Poppet12 i think to be honest I am just desperate for sugar at the minute, I don't know what is going on! I eat grapes and strawberries as regular snacks but regularly find myself craving things like compote/smoothies- healthier varieties of fruit (I'm allergic to kiwis and bananas) but I think my diet is healthy and varied enough so not quite sure what's going on! If it carries on ill go to my GP! Love my peppermint tea :)

Well I went to work, felt rough about an hour in and came home at 1. Slept for an hour and have just got up feeling a little bit better. Maybe I've got something viral or I'm just run down, who knows!

1.5lbs off for me this week which puts me at 12.2!
Would love 2 off next week but will need to work extremely hard to get that, it's a big ask! It means I would hit the quarterly challenge and September challenges but either way I've only got 9lbs to target so it would also give me my 2.5 stone award!!
Either way, will do my best, completely over the moon!

I don't take it well either haha. Got nothing planned but I am working 10 hour days at the moment so don't really have time to do much else haha.
Was out a few times last week for wedding and birthdays but got no plans now between now and my birthday so want to be super good until then.

That sounds sensible! It's a while away so if you're not feeling more yourself by then at least you might get some answers. I think they can run some basic tests to check for vitamins/blood sugar too.
Yesterday was good thank you! I think I can class it as an actual day on plan lol. I'm getting ready to start a new diary in the near future, so watch this space :)
Hope today goes well for you, I haven't got much planned which I'm grateful for- will just do a little reading this morning then write up what I learn lol x
 
Apologies for being slightly AWOL yesterday, still so tired and feel rubbish.
I didn't have a normal breakfast. Instead I went to subway and got a massive tikka salad with all of the salad toppings except Olives and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also had some ranch dressing too which was 2 Syns.
For Lunch I felt horrible, so went up the road to a cafe and got a jacket potato with baked beans, a sprinkling of cheese and some coleslaw (homemade and it was lovely :))
For dinner I had Indonesian chicken with vegetables and noodles

And then a Skyr Yogurt (1) and a Wispa (8.5)

Thanks TT I know I feel absolutely shocking still. Rang my GP as I've got shooting pains in my temples and they can't get my in until 11th October so I'm waiting it out!

No I don't think I do have much planned. My parents fly to Majorca for today for a week so I'm on ringing Grandad duty ;)
My OH is up in Edinburgh today at a funeral (they went up last night) and we've had our back porch redone by our landlord. That's about it haha!
I hope you get a bit of time to relax and have a great rest of the week :)

I think that I've actually trapped a nerve in my back or something although I don't know how. I've got pain in my temples, left arm, shoulders, neck, legs and face. Either that or I've got a sinus headache. Need to stop googling things hahaha!
