Morning everyone!!!! Well Happy New Year to you all!!

It's now 11 am and I haven't had a ciggy since last night, gave up for 5 years and restarted in Sept stupidly! So hoping to kick it again quickly......

Back on the wagon with Atkins tomorrow too but refuse to get on the scales for at least a week......! Otherwise I will be mortified :0(
