Triage is at GOAAALLLLL!!!!

I take an actimel yogurt probiotic drink every morning which helps me massively, its 3g carbs for a little bottle but I think its helped boost my weight & inch loss!
 
I've found quite a few probiotic capsules that do the same so won't be touching yogurt if I can help it, but thanks for all the advice everyone!

Morning all, 10.5lbs this morning :) its finally shifting again!!

Gym then work! Lots of driving to do today and interviewing :(

Morning Di!!! 10.4 according to gym scales :)

Although domestic city when I got back from the gym for breakfast to find out Mr had fed the kids all of my eggs....gggggggrrrrr!

When they have piles of carb filled breakfast items scattered throughout the kitchen!! And I'd bought bacon n coffee on the way home too to go with them! So now just sat eating a very sad plate of bacon and mushrooms! With a coffee n cream.

Haven't fancied bacon n eggs for ever and on the one morning I do!! Right off my soapbox!

Work in under an hour so shower and changed after eating...last one today before two lovely days off!! :)

Morning all.....

Really peed off this morning as thought it was moving again!! But no, the 1lb is back on....

Have no idea why or how, I only ate bacon n mushrooms yesterday then had a chicken leg with a small pot of olives and peppers stuffed with cream cheese and two left over mini terrine mousse things, and shed loads of water and 1.5 hours at the gym!

So how the hell I've gained a 1lb.....Not impressed as I'm sick of being stuck at 10.6 now....! But don't know what else I can do??!!

I have that horrible bloated feeling again this morning right up under my rib cage and my intestinal track...this has been happening for about a month or so now and has seemed to coincide with these gains or no losses..I haven't a clue what's causing it as I originally put it down to TOTM when it started but it's not.... Then thought constipation etc but laxatives haven't shifted the problem either?! It just feels like a load of air and I can actually feel the gain before getting on the scales if that makes sense?

I think all this meat n stuff has really bunged me up as I haven't had a proper bowel movement in a few months! It's either one way or the other without going into tmi :)

Oh I don't know.....I could sit and analyse all day!! All I know is I'm reet peed off.....!

Alpy could have a point, I avoid mushrooms these days as I think the yeast affects me too - sorry the 1lb has crept back on, very frustrating :( xxxx
 
Thanks :) I may have to seriously look at this!! although I can live without mushrooms, cheese n cream is a different matter! Especially cream as I can't have coffee without :(

I suppose I could have the Alpro soya cream stuff....?

extra virgin coconut oil has antifungal properties..a little taken everyday has been proven to help greatly...it will also help u go to the park :) may be worth reading up on.
 
Yes good suggestion, get stuck into the coconut oil, I love it.

I also really like the Alpro dream (their version of cream) - it's very nice and has a screwtop so you don't waste any, give it a go.
 
I've funnily enough just got back from town armed with flat tum probiotics, coconut oil and Alpro Dream....lol

Now just to decide what to cook with the coconut oil! As certain things don't go well with coconut flavour!

All this health stuff though is bloody expensive!!

Just read that your meant to consume 2-4 tablespoons a day!! I need to win the lottery :(........

Just tried a teaspoon, and although it taste ok I certainly wouldn't be able to eat it like this regularly as its like eating pure lard that's coconut flavoured!

Will try using it in place of butter I think.... Or drizzled on salads...

Took one of my probiotic sachets when I got home too so will update on day 7 with any findings!

Why is this turning so complicated all of a sudden??

could be sodium consumption with the bacon? just guessing now tho lol bodies are funny things
 
Could be....I'm hoping!! Today's food has been bad...

Breakfast - 4 streaky rashers, mushrooms and two poached eggs. 4.6 carbs

Lunch - 1 Chicken leg from Tesco hot counter with a bit of Nando's hot sauce 1.6 carbs

Dinner - Flax porridge with cocoa and Splenda topped with 2 strawberries.... 4.2 carbs

Salted peanuts 0.5 carbs

And a raft of vitamin, q-enzyme thingies, probiotics and a spoon of coconut oil!

And an hour at the gym!

So only 11 carbs in total today!

Morning Jo... I take acidophilus tabs... Among my many MANY varieties of tabs I take every day lol...

Hope you start seeing a shift soon as its so frustrating for you! I feel your pain! Xx
