Food plans val??!!! I just ate mine mmmmmm sw brekki!! Bacon poached egg baked beans and tomatoes :) white coffee with sweetener and ss milk! I gotta lose weight for holiday 22nd sept!

hi emsie sorry i haven't been able to get on minimins all day been out galavanting and couldn't get online i was very good took sandwich & apple with me so i didn't get tempted :angel09:hope u've had a good day xx

red day
breakfast- 2 weetabix & 250ml semi-skimmed milk (h/e a+b)
lunch- egg & tomato sandwich using 400g loaf, apple (h/e b)
dinner- chicken in toasted ww wrap (5 syns) lettuce, grated carrot, red pepper,onion & tomatoes, grapes,sweet chilli sauce (3 syns)
snacks- toffee mullerlight with sliced banana, 250ml semi-skimmed milk (h/e a)

syns- curly wurly (6 syns) shapers mint bar (4 syns)
96 syns - 18 = 78 left

green day
breakfast- 2 weetabix, 250ml semi skimmed milk,banana (h/e a+b)
lunch- scrambled eggs on toast (h/e b)
dinner- peach, new pot "chips", baked beans & fried egg, tomato ketchup (1 syn)
snacks-banana & custard mullerlight yoghurt , peach & banana
syns- pom bears (4 syns) crunchie (9 syns)
78 syns- 14 = 64 left

You'll never believe this, but I had mine in a glass dish too!! :gimi: Nothing fancy, just a little brown round dish! I'm going now to have a poached egg for tea as I had lunch out - was good as had roast turkey, a baked potato and lots of veg!

Welcome back to SW. Sorry that I havn't been around for a while, I am struggling big time. We are going on holiday a 11/08 and I wanted to lose some weight before going. Unfortunatly I have put on 3lbs instead!

hi jane that's ok x sorry ur struggling but i'm not surprised with all the stress you go through, don't worry about the 3lb gain go on holiday & enjoy it :cool: start afresh when you get back, where are you off to? xx
 
Thanks Val. We are going to stay just outside of Exeter at a place run by the Sheldon Community. Its going to be a sort of retreat. Its in the middle of the countryside, all food provided. We have never been before, its run by an ecumenical community. We are looking forward to having some quality time together. Hope that you are having a good day Val x

Lunch- banana, fat free cottage cheese
Dinner- veg stir fry with noodles
Snacks - 2 dsp shelled pistachio (h/e b) latte (h/e a)
Shapers mint bar (4 syns) Pom bears (4 syns)
64 syns - 8 = 56 left
