Total Solution Trying for 4 Weeks

Well done lasting the first week , and your fantastic loss for the week .
As a new returner to the site and into day four of my first week ,I was able to follow you progress
in one sitting , it made interesting reading , getting someone else's perspective .

Opened the potato salad and smelt it, but then just took my glass of water and went miserably to my room. Not craving anything today so thats good, was all just in the moment, I mean its only been what 10 days since I stopped eating, I can surely go another 18 without!

Thai chicken soup was really disappointing :(

I add chilli flakes to mine... and the tomato soup too.
I add curry powder to the mushroom soup.
And a fair amount of salt and pepper to the veg soup.

Hi the Teaco bars are the meal replacement ultra slim ones they can be used instead of the exante ones I have one a day with a black coffee they are yummy.

Tomato soup was even more disappointing, the powder smells amazing, but the overall product was bland... I'm tempted to mix two soups together... I've gone mad!

Sadly the only Tesco near me is a Tesco express and I doubt they'd sell it, don't think there is a big tesco anywhere near me :(

It's very much a cuppa soup in my opinion.
Lots of chilli powder or flakes gives it a good kick :D
You're eating it to live, not living to eat it :)
 
I love that quote Marge I will try and remember that when I am tempted to go to the darker side of food! DM if you ever pass a big tesco it's definitely worth getting those bars I stock up as the nearest tesco to me is 15 miles away.
 
Nothing to really report, but had a cheeky look on the scales and it appears I've gained 2lbs from wednesday :( not happy as I've been 100%TS

Yeah :(, its obviously water retention because I would wager its impossible to gain fat on this diet, could be muscle gain from the exercise but I'm going to guess water retention... Going to drink a lot of water over the next couple of days and make sure I'm flushed for wednesday

How much exercise have you been doing ?
I know some have experienced slower losses with increased activity....
Have you measured yourself ?

I'm still urinating and passing solids, not passing solids as often as I was on a normal diet, but I figured that's normal.
I'm doing 30 minutes running a day.
And no I have not measured myself :(
 
Oh dear... I'm not sure what else to suggest...
Other than, sometimes if you're tired, that can show a bit of a stall...
Maybe you actually do need another pack ?
Is Wednesday your proper WI day ?
Hopefully it will have dropped again by then :)
 
I have been quite tired the last few days but I worked 3 12 hour shifts over three names and it is tiring on a normal diet so I didn't think of it much.
Hoping its just some water retention and I've bumped my water intake up today and will keep it up tomorrow and hope its a good WI.

Trying to work out how I'm going to come off Exante. The booklet suggests coming off using Exante products for 2 weeks, but as I've only got the 4 week pack, and no money to buy more atm, it would mean starting to come off exante starting tomorrow...

Is it possible to come off exante without using exante products, like attempting a lowish carb diet for a week or something.
 
My soup overboiled and went everywhere -_-, eating my bar and starring at the mess..

When I lost 4st7lbs before, I did gain half a stone intially.... then I maintained by doing exactly that... lowish carb.
I did eat bread, pasta and rice, but the smallest of quantiites.
Half a slice of bread, a table spoon of rice/pasta ect.
I tried only to eat carbs once a day or every other day :)
I didn't limit veg or protein :)
I only gained again, a good few months later, as my portion sizes of carbs, and everything else increased :eek:.

My vanilla coffee overboiled in the microwave last night. Luckily the microwave plate was clean, as I poured most of it back into the cup ;)... or maybe I am just a minger :p

I was going to, but the microwave plate was filthy...

2.5litres of water today, hoping that gives me a good WI tomorrow.
