You see I was all excited - I thought u'd been creative and made muffins out of a packet (ponders I f u microwaved them thick if it could make a muffin) not a real one !!!
Ah well! That's debatable! Depends if I want to get to my ultimate goal of 10.9 or stay in the 11's and get used to it for a while.
I'm really happy in my skin at the mo and with exercise it's not as loose as I was worried about.
I will be in the 11's either next Tues or definitely the following week as I have already lost my choc muffin 'gain'. Although I was a STS technically it was prob a gain lol.
I have one shake left and I don't know what to do. I was hoping I'd be established in the 11's before I went to WW but I can't afford a new order until Friday so it won't be here until next week
I have stretched them out with 2 shakes a day and a low carb meal so I am used to eating and still losing so I know I can do it.
I'll steer clear of bread and pasta and have a few potatoes. I don't like rice anyway.
Lots of meat with veg or salad and see how I go.
I don't know if it's willpower but I'm scared of putting it back on. There is no way I'm putting myself through this torture again
I hope I can maintain for a while and pick up with Exante later on to lose the last 1.8
