Almost a week in and I have my usual 'bleed' I'm cold and I can't sleep! Oh the joys

Hunger has passed just stupid cravings now! Nothing a mug of coffee or peppermint tea doesn't sort out.

I am a day off tomorrow but I'm working Tues, Weds, Thurs and Fri days. All our shifts are 10 hours 8.30 to 7 with half hour for meal breaks
