Easily done hun nights are the same hours. 8.30 to 7 am ;) that's why I have a job getting all the water in
 
What is going on? I had probably less than 4 hours sleep last night, worked a long day and had a chilled relaxing evening and I can't sleep again!!!
 
I had 4 hrs sleep last night :(
But I don't really sleep well when working an early shift :(
I expect tomorrow will be the same :(
I should be able to catch up on my sleep on Wednesday, as I am working a late shift then :)

Oh Ali I can sympathise I work 8:30-6 mon tue thurs fri thank god I don't work weekends!! But the hospital has applied for foundation status and had it rejected I hope they have it rejected again and again! It'll be so much harder than it already is!! Hope your good Hun looking forward to WI tomoz?? Xxx

My shifts have been changed I'm now on days tomorrow and Weds then nights Thurs and Fri. Just because I don't mind nights doesn't mean I want to do them all the time lol.

I have always managed to be better at dieting when on nightshifts.
I just seem to get into a better routine, and don't fall off the wagon so easily.
I even find it easier to get up and exercise straight away, which really helps me :)
I have always been the same, and always get loads done about the house too, when nightshift :)

I wouldn't have done this if I wasn't on nights most of last week :)

I need to get back to my c25k app. I am a fair weather runner lol

I just can't get my head into exercising at all these days :eek:

3lb off :D I must admit I was hoping for a better first week but at least it came off which is more than I have done for weeks!
I have got to try and drink more water somehow. the drinking is the easy bit ;)

2 long days in work then nights again so this week should be good.
Hope the Tuesday club did well xxxx

Thanks Marge, you're right, when I started at 15 st 3 I lost 8lb in my first week so 3lb is OK ;)

That's a fantastic loss. You've just got to remember that our body knows what's going on so its storing what it can because it knows what's to come...if that makes sense. I felt the same with my loss but I'm just glad its coming down x well done x
