Well today hasn't been good. It looks like my husband and I are splitting up Haven't eaten anything tonight, so if there's a silver lining i guess thats it

Have taken a couple of mild sleepers - so hopefully will get some sleep - I do feel exhausted after all the crying

Morning Twigs

So sorry to hear your heartache - was this a bolt out of the blue or has it been ongoing for sometime? (don't answer if you don't wish to)

The next few days/ weeks are going to be hard but please try and remember to look after yourself Twigs (easier said than done when your feeling so bereft) be prepared for all emotions to surface too.

Thanks for your kind words.

Tracy - it was completely out of the blue - I thought we were happy. I guess that's what is so hard, I can't believe this is happening.

One good thing is I haven't eaten anything since yesterday ... but don't worry about me, I'm going out with Sha and mum in a bit I'm sure they'll try and make me have something.

Yeah let your sis and Ma take over hun do as your told even if you feel your walking around and doing things like a robot for a few days !!

No eating is good but don't let it go on too long or you'll get into vicious circle and won't be strong enough to cope then .....always a kill joy aint there!

Oh twiggs what an awful shock for you

One big consolation is that you have your lovely sister & mum to look after you or you can moan,cry,rant or whatever to them & they will always love you no matter what.

A break up is never easy (mine was 12 years ago) & i wince when i think of the hurt i felt,it truly was a bad time.

My friend lost about 2 stone when she split from her fella,but the hearbreak diet isnt an easy one so take care & we are all thinking of you.
